A piece of paradise. Our renovated elevated house is located in front of the lake and only 3 blocks from the Beach.

Our lake house is designed for comfort and entertaining.

LAYOUT :
1) Bedroom #1 : The main large bedroom has its own ensuite full bathroom with view of the lake. A KING size bed with a quality & comfortable 12 inch gel foam mattress. Also included a 50-inch flat screen Smart TV, a ceiling fan, and large closet.

2) Bedroom #2: This bedroom has a QUEEN size bed with a quality & comfortable 12 inch foam mattress. Also included a 50-inch flat screen Smart TV, a ceiling fan, and closet.

3) Bedroom #3: A bedroom with a triple bunk bed with TWIN-over-FULL bunk bed and TWIN pull out trundle all with quality & comfortable foam mattresses. In addition, another bunk bed with TWIN-over-TWIN. Also included a 50-inch flat screen Smart TV, a ceiling fan, and closet.

4) The living room has a unique yellow futon that can easily and quickly convert to FULL size bed. The beddings are in the yellow console under the TV.

* The extra large 1st story GAME ROOM and patio features so many seating options to count, a swing, conversation patio seating, many table and chairs, BBQ grill, fire pit, and right in front of course the LAKE!!
* There are two full bathrooms
* The laundry area has two full-size Washer and Dryer
* The living room / dining area has a leather couch with a 75 inch smart TV with antennas for channels with shows, sports, etc. You can log in with YOUR own Netflix, Hulu accounts on these Smart TV to watch more movies and shows.
* A colorful dining table with 6 chairs.
* Counter seating for 4 along with the newly built full kitchen. The is fully equipped with appliances including refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dish washer, air fryer
* The kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, coffee cups, pots/pans, utensils, blender, electric kettle , can opener, etc.
* We have both a Keurig single cup coffee machine and Mr Coffee 10-cup machine at the house. Bring your own coffee Keurig pods or ground coffee flavor to enjoy

Note: We have EXTERIOR cameras surrounding the house recording video and sound 24/7 for the security of our guests and properties. A camera is at the front door facing the street. A camera on the front of the house pointing to the parking area. A couple of cameras in the backyard. For our guests privacy, absolutely NO cameras are inside the house.

** Ask us about large RV & trailer parking. We can make this happen for our guests.

Note: We have a strict NO PETS policy due to a severe HEALTH allergies

CHECK-OUT TIME:
Unfortunately, it is difficult to extend checkout time past 10AM. Just like hotels, we have new guests checking in after you. And the cleaning crew needs a few hours to get the entire townhouse ready.

LATE CHECK-OUT FEES:
Please note, our cleaning service charges us per hour ($50) and they shows up around 10AM. If you are late for any reasons and the cleaning service is waiting outside for you to check-out, each partial hour late will be charged $50 and we will be deducted from your deposit. Thanks for your understanding.

NO Parties: ABSOLUTELY NO parties or events are allowed at house. Only the number of people listed at time of the reservation are allowed to stay in the house. If any party occur at the house, the authorities will be call to escort guests from the properties, damages $ will be charged and all monies will be forfeited.

NO smoking indoors: There is a strict NO SMOKING indoors policy. To include vaping/illegal substances. In the event that house is smoked in, there will be an automatic $500 cleaning & deodorization fee applied.

Wi-Fi is not a guaranteed amenity as weather plays a factor in its performance. No refunds will be issued if Wi-Fi is not available.
