Le Lendou is a large gite fitted out in a traditional 18th century Quercynoise house in a spirit combining authenticity and modernism. Situated between Cahors, Montcuq and Lauzerte, in the heart of the Quercy Blanc region and very close to the Way of St Jacques de Compostelle, Le Lendou is appreciated for its very pleasant exterior with a beautiful swimming pool and summer kitchen; for its interior with warm tones and cosy charm, and its quality services. Relaxation and serenity are on the program in this quiet gite in the countryside.On the ground floor, 2 communicating bedrooms each with independent access to the outside, shower room, separate toilet, 1 bedroom (1 bed 140, direct access to the terrace); 1 bedroom (2 beds 90, access to the outside). This part is not communicating with the first floor. Upstairs, a large living room composed of a living room part (no television), and a kitchen and dining room part; this room opens on one side on a terrace and on the other side on a small covered terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped, with built-in units. A sluice leads to a separate toilet, a shower room, 2 bedrooms, one with a 90cm bed and the other with a 180cm bed (sleeps 2 in 90cm). Wifi, oil-fired heating. Unfenced land of 1ha, parking, private swimming pool (10x4), large summer kitchen (barbecue, fridge, hob...), petanque ground. A caravan for 2 persons on the property can be rented in addition to the gite. Washing machine in the boiler room, to be shared with the caravan.
