Near the Lot valley, close to the Dordogne department, this large pleasantly furnished house is situated in a typical hamlet. The house benefits from an immense enclosed ground of 4 hectares, you will benefit from its top-of-the-range services: its interior comfort as well as its equipment of leisures: swimming pool covered and heated from March to November (can be discovered in summer), sauna, Jacuzzi, billiard room, to relax you in any season. You will discover its environment by numerous hiking trails in the surrounding area. WIFI. Beds made on arrival, towels and household linen provided.Large gîte with barbecue, table football, petanque ground (petanque balls to be asked for if needed) and ping-pong table. On the ground floor: A kitchen, a living room and dining room. On the 1st floor: a bedroom with a 140cm bed with its private shower room, independent WC, a bedroom with a 160cm bed + a 90cm bed, a bedroom with a 120x185cm bed, a bedroom with a 160cm bed. A bathroom with 2 washbasins, bath, shower and 2 separate WCs. A landing with an apartment bicycle 2nd floor: bedroom with a bed in 160 with a bathroom with 2 basins, separate WC Baby equipment. Wood heating and underfloor heating in the living rooms, reversible air-conditioning in the bedrooms, electric heating in the shower rooms and bathrooms, 200 m² gîte adjoining the owner's house.
