Just a stone's throw from the Dordogne river at 200m, come and enjoy this gîte with its wood-lined facade. You will appreciate the pleasant space of the living room and its three bedrooms, fitted on the first floor . Relax on the terrace, in the sunshine, offering an unobstructed view of the cliffs bordering the valley .Gite with on the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a large living room with fireplace, with access to a terrace with a view of the surrounding cliffs. Cellar and shower room with Italian shower. Upstairs, three bedrooms with floating parquet floors: an attic bedroom with 1 double bed (140 cm) and 1 single bed (90 cm), a second attic bedroom with 1 double bed (140 cm) and a third bedroom with 1 double bed (140 cm). Relaxation area on the landing, shower room with Italian shower and separate WC. Electric heating.
