Convenient location

The house comfortably accommodated two families. Groceries were nearby, and the small playground and splash pad across the road was perfect for our young children.

Creighton graduation family plan

The house was very clean and had lots of room. It looked just like the pictures. The outside areas were nice, too. We did not have 12 people, but the bunk beds are really only good for kids or small adults. Overall a great place!

Sleeps nine not twelve

The property was listed as sleeping 12, but only bed space and bedding for 9. I assume the other three people were supposed to sleep on the two couches. This should have been made clear in the listing and bedding provided. Spent two nights with the a/c not working with interior temps reaching 90 degrees before the a/c was repaired. This negatively impacted our stay. Our next trip to Omaha will be in a different location that actually sleeps 12. The house was clean and the pictures are pretty accurate of the home.

Clean but several issues

Layout is a bit fuzzy in the posting. Here’s the truth about this 3 level home. Parking in driveway for 2 cars. Street level entrance leads into kitchen and living room (1 couch, 1 loveseat, 1 club chair, 1 tv) with one queen bedroom and a full bath. Kitchen is nice with drip coffee maker. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms (1st: 1 bunk bed-small double bottom bunk under twin top bunk; 2nd: 2 twin beds) and 1 full bath. Basement: living area with a sectional and tv, scary washer dryer room, queen size bedroom, full bath. Pros: Easy to find, clean, appliances worked, no plumbing issues Cons: Upstairs is HOT even cranking AC and with fan on (which is dangerously close to top bunk). Basement is freezing and the basement stairs are some of the steepest I’ve seen in a home. Luckily our teenager was fine to sleep down there. Definitely not going to be a safe experience for littles or older folks with any mobility issues. Owner does not send the door code until precisely check in time. I was nervous the day of as we were driving in so messaged and even called and left messages as we didn’t know how we were going to access the house. Owner did not respond at all until exactly check in time with the code. So just know that going in so you won’t worry like I did. Neighborhood surrounding townhome area is sketchy (lots of poverty and unhoused people in the area) and street noise is extremely loud. Finally, house would not sleep 12 as claimed—9 max if have a child on top bunk.

Family zoo trip

Great place to spend a couple days and not far from the zoo. Worked perfect for the couple days we were in town

Great Stay!

Great Stay! Family loved the pacman machine for the time we were there! Only thing would be maybe less wallflower smelly things as it was very strong upon arrival. Otherwise it was great!

Great setup

Over all we enjoyed our stay. Only thing was one twin bed was full of hair so we didn’t use it. We would stay there again if needed.

Clean, roomy, and cozy.

Property gave us plenty of room to spread out on three levels. We were in town for a wedding and this property was close to RiverCity reception, but was also close to the zoo. The home was clean and cozy.

Nice property

Pros: The property itself is super nice and set up perfectly for 2 families like we had. The house has a great layout and seems to be newly remodeled. Kitchen has ample pots, pans, coffee maker, plates and cups. Less than 10 min from downtown, Host left nice hand written note and the property was clean and ready for our stay. Cons: Not able to use garage, water and ice are not hooked up on the refrigerator so make sure you bring bottled water, neighborhood is not the greatest would suggest getting any supplies needed before you arrive, no good restaurants close by.
