Antonio was wonderful to work with. We asked for an earlier check in time, and he was able to accommodate. House was clean. Quiet neighborhood. It was a nice place to rest after touring through Omaha.

Everything was great except couldn’t run air conditioning so got a bit warm in the afternoon. Also would’ve been better if a gas grill was available.

Great Stay

Great property. Some of my football teammates and myself came to town for a game and opted for a house rather than hotel. What a great experience! Not just for team bonding around the kitchen table durinf meals but the home was perfect for the 6 of us. Would highly reccomend the property if your ever in Omaha!

Clean and spacious

We stayed here for a girl’s trip. There were 5 of us. The home was very clean, the beds were comfortable. Antonio checked in with us to make sure everything was perfect. The neighborhood is a quiet older neighborhood and was conveniently located to all of the fun areas Omaha has to offer. I would highly recommend this property.

Clean and Cozy

We were very happy with this house. It is one of the cleanest rentals we have stayed in. Beds were comfortable. Quiet neighborhood and great location. Check-in was easy. Antonio reached out to see how the stay was going. Would highly recommend this place!

Relaxing Stay

This home was beautifully updated with nice furnishings in each room. There were plenty of extra towels, chairs, etc. which made the stay nice. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower head in the main bathroom is one of the nicest I've ever used! The owner was kind and communicated better than any host we've worked with previously. The home is in a nice, quiet location and is easy to access.

Of all the VRBO properties I have rented, this one is the worst. Entry door - the screen door mechanism did not work properly. the door would hang open unless you pulled it closed. The screen door was also not square to the frame. I had to lift it to actually close the door and engage the lock.Living room - the area rug was stained and dirty. the local guides were from 2018. the TV (or service) was terrible. Any channel or show the kids tried to watch would have to buffer every 5-10 minutes.Kitchen - Dining table and chairs looked like a flea market find. the finish was scratched and worn out. The top of the table was dusty. There were no paper towels on the paper towel holder. There were old coffee grounds in the coffee maker. The first mug we took from the cabinet was cracked down the entire side. The microwave was missing the rotation stabilizer and was dirty. There was not silverware... just an open box of plastic forks and spoons. There were two stained wash clothes in the kitchen. Main floor bedrooms - bedframes were old and worn. paint or wood finish was worn off or scratched. the bedding was miss matched and old. the furniture was old and worn. night stands had large water stains (photo provided) the lamps did not have shades or didn't work at all. Bathrooms - the vanity light fixtures were missing lightbulbs (one one the main floor and two in the basement bath). The toilet paper holders were loose and fell off the wall when used.

We understand your stay, wasn’t the most pleasant. However, we have had many other guests stay before, and immediately after you and not have any complaints many five star reviews. We reached out immediately after your complaint to address things as adults, and you hung up the phone. Many of the claims have been embellished. If things were lackluster, why didn’t you reach out to the host whom is close by immediately upon arrival? It’s unfortunate that one of our previous stays put humidifiers on some of the bedroom furniture and ruined it, we will get that rectified as soon as possible. Take care

Great Place, Easy to Find, Kid-Friendly

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Antonio's home during our short trip to the Zoo. It was easy to find, well-stocked with anything we would need, and very clean! The kids LOVED running around down in the open, finished lower level, which was a god-send as a single Mom with 4 kids! Antonio checked in enough to make sure we didn't have any issues, and everything was very clear. We had a great stay and hope to stay again whenever we decide to visit Omaha!

Exactly what we needed!

My sister, brother, sister, brother in law and my daughter came into town for my niece’s wedding. We played games in the kitchen, made a big breakfast, and relaxed all together comfortably. My daughter and I took a walk around the neighborhood one afternoon and thoroughly enjoyed that, too.
