10 stars...AMAZING Estate!
This HOME is much nicer than the typical vacation rental. The entire property has a substantial/intentional vibe. HGTV fans will LOVE it! The attention to detail, the quality of all the appliances & materials used are all first rate. This luxurious estate is worth the trip to Kauai alone.
All of the beds are super comfortable. Our boys loved the guest bedroom with the four twin beds. The house is well ventilated with fans, sliders, and window vents. We never needed the AC. The estate is in a very convenient location. It’s 5 min. from Rock Quarry beach & 5 min. from Kilauea. There are no neighbors for a 1/4 mile. You are surrounded by a jungle and a lake...very private!
There are so many activities for the family to do on property. We played on the Par3 golf hole every morning with breakfast and a Bluetooth speaker. There is an amazing saltwater pool with a sandy bottom spa. There are kayaks, paddle boards, and a 6-person raft for the lake. There’s even a charming rope swing!
The home is very comfortable and easy to use. We used the two lanais daily. There is a state-of-the-art home entertainment system in the main room with surround sound. It has a smart remote control that makes all of the functions intuitive. The kitchen is perfect for entertaining-we cooked every day & used the grill several times. Everything you use in this kitchen is quality.
Our host helped us get the most out of his home and provided advice about the North Side. We will definitely be back!
