As already mentioned, this property is in a premier location on the island known both as Punta Hansa and La Zona Rosa. The building underwent a renovation in recent years and therefore is in great condition. Additionally, our apartment in particular was updated recently to include a kitchen remodel, new living room furniture, and new blinds to give the apartment a clean and modern look.

The balcony is spacious and has a view overlooking the main road that goes around the entire island. Just on the other side of the road you can see the San Andrés cultural center and a glimpse of the ocean.

You are about a five to seven minute walk to the main beach, Playa Spratt Bight. In this same location is the el Centro, the commercial center, which has lots of great shopping and restaurants. There is also the peatonal, the boardwalk area. This is great for strolling up and down the length of the beach with all it's great restaurants and shopping during the day. And at night the peatonal comes alive with large lively gatherings of people for music and dancing.
