Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Holden Beach

This home is in a wonderful location, right next to the bridge, Sandman Candyland, Sunset Slush, Mermaids, and Dock House seafood. Easy walk to the beach and very close to public beach access. It's a straight shot from the house. The home was updated and really nice. Loved all of the porches. The back of the home was lovely after 2pm, nice ocean breeze and shade. The front of the home faced the Intercoastal waterway and was nice and shady and a little breeze in the morning. I had many coffees there. My family loves Holden Beach, and this rental was perfect for us, and affordable. Thank you, Lynn!

Weekend wedding

Perfect spot for us to stay for a beach wedding! Owner was very accommodating….we even asked for an extra night and it wasn’t a problem at all. House is perfect location, super clean, and just as described…will definitely stay at this house again!

wonderful stay at POV's :)

Another great stay on Holden Beach. Hurricane Debby also visited with us!! Lynn, POV owner, reached out during the worst of the storm to make sure we were okay and felt safe. Wonderful house and super location. Close to beach and restaurants on the island. We will definitely visit Holden Beach again.

Amazing house and location!

The house was beautiful, well taken care of and very well stocked with anything you'd need. The location was only a 5 minute walk to the beach, and very conveniently located within walking distance to multiple restaurants. We had a blast!

Our little piece of heaven!

We love this place. This was our third trip back to this house and plan to book for next summer as well. Lynn is excellent to work with. The house is very clean and meets our needs perfectly. We miss it already!

Perfect Beach Vacation

We loved our week long stay at Point of Views! It is perfectly located near restaurants, and a short 5 minute walk to a quiet and clean beach. The house has everything you need if you love to cook, and plenty of space to create elaborate meals with friends and family. Almost every bedroom has a deck with seating. We loved having our morning coffee together outside while watching the boats go by in the waterway. We would definitely recommend staying here, and can't wait to book again next summer!

Relaxing

The house is very comfortable with plenty of room for our family of 4. Very clean which made it easy to settle in and enjoy our vacation right away. Can't wait for 2024!

Nice house

We enjoyed our stay for the week. Great for families as it’s a short walk to the beach and several restaurants. House was perfectly set up for our family and had lots of beach items already there for use.

Love this place!!

This is our 2nd stay at the house. We love the location for so many reasons. The house is always clean, comfy beds, and plenty of space. It is well stocked and any communication with Lynn is pleasant and helpful. We highly recommend!

We grew up going to the beach each year. Once a year was just not enough so we bought this house to enjoy every chance we get. We love the peace and quiet of the beach and the close proximity to shows and history in major cities. We hope you will come to Holden Beach and enjoy as much as we do.

We bought at Holden Beach because it is the best of both worlds. Beautiful beaches to enjoy the sun and sand and good restaurants and entertainment across the bridge on the causeway. It is convenient to Myrtle Beach and Wilmington, NC when I want more activity.
