気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
It was terrible
First problem has started at the moment we have entered to apartment. There was very strong mold smell.The host’s suggestion was opening the window( the apartment was on ground floor had no bars for security) After three days one of the toilets was clogged.We called the host, he said he can not send a plumber till morning to my brother, i called him again he accepted to send one. I have tried to open it by myself and it worked so informed the host immediatly. By next early morning both toilets were clogged. We texted to host at 6 am, he said he could not send someone till 9 am. At this point my brother offered him to change apartment after seeing he had many available listings on vrbo. He refused to change then someone from his company came to check and informed us we had to wait plumber till afternoon. We insisted to change apartment because we were on vacation and had limited time and didn’t want to deal with such a problem. He refused it.Then he offered us 2 options ; either to refund one day as a compensation or refund the remaining days so we can leave. Actually his first offer was humiliating for us probably he thought that after one day refund we would be happy to stay in an apartment that a plumber worked for clogged toilets. We accepted to leave apartment since he didnt want to compromise and forced us to search a new apartment in the middle of our vacation. I dont suggest anyone to stay at any apartments listed by this company.
