This tropical canal home is a beauty! Enjoy a hammock and sitting table perfect for that much needed relaxation. This property features direct ocean access - a 50ft dock, electric and a cleaning station. Parking is included for two vehicles within the gated property.

This home is about a 3 mile drive to restaurants, or a quick 27-mile drive to Key West to enjoy the dining, entertainment, and attractions such as Hemingway House, Key West Lighthouse or you can head North along scenic US-1 to several local attractions, like the Dolphin Research Center, Florida Keys Aquarium, Seven Mile Bridge, Bahia Honda Beach or Sombrero Beach. If you didn't bring your boat, no problem, you can easily get out on the water with one of the local fishing, boating, or diving charters. You can also try your hand at kayak or paddleboard, kiteboarding, windsurfing, shallow water fishing, and hiking!

We rediscovered the Keys in April of 2021 after way to many years of not visiting them.
We figured why not look for property down here.
We knew we wanted to be south of the 7 mile Bridge to get that getaway Island feeling. We started our initial search June 20 , and looked at several properties on June 27.
This was the 4th property we looked at and knew immediately without saying anything... THIS WAS THE PLACE. The location, the simplicity and the landscaping . We enjoy every visit and gets harder to leave each time. Hope you enjoy this slice of paradise as much as we do
