Simply Buffalo sleeps 10, St Joe, AR- Float the middle beautiful Buffalo River

The cabin is located within driving distance to many great adventures. It is located right off Hwy 65 in St. Joe, AR (middle section of Buffalo River-which is usually floatable majority of summer). It is 2.8 miles from Hwy 374 which takes you to the BakerFord and Woolum access points of the Buffalo National River. Float the day away or hike on a nearby trail. Try out the Kenda Drive-In Theater in Marshall. There are many unique places close by that are well worth visiting- restaurants, flea markets, etc. Branson, Mo and Mountain View, AR are both one hour away. Eureka Springs is 1.5 hours away.

At the end of the day, after all your adventures come back to the cabin to relax and get a good night’s sleep. It’s farmhouse decor gives it a cozy feel. It comes fully equipped with all the necessities to make it feel like home away from home. It includes a washer, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker that has both a pot and k-cup, bed and bath linens, all the kitchen basics, a charcoal grill, and TV’s with Dish Network. No wifi available. Good cell phone reception. The cabin sleeps 10 people. It has 2 bedrooms each with a queen size bed. It has 2 full bathrooms. The living room has 3 sleeper sofas that makes out into beds. It has a covered front porch and a open deck on the back for socializing and relaxing. There is also a fire pit and 2 benches outside. Spend some quality time indoors and play board games, cards or do a puzzle. Wake up and look out the windows to catch a glimpse of wildlife. Another cabin (Simply Buffalo II) which sleeps 12 is also located on the property about 100 yards away and may be available for rental if needed.

-Absolutely no pets allowed or tolerated for any reason.

-Motion detector security camera is located on front porch facing front door. It will remain on.

-Please bring charcoal and firewood if desired.

-No smoking or vaping.

-Dish Network on all TV's

-No wifi available.

-Good cell phone reception

-Check in 4 PM

-Check out 11AM

-Please let us know if any problems ASAP but keep in mind that no one lives on site 24/7

Beautiful and Clean Home - Easy to get to too! :)

Staying at this beautiful, clean home near the Buffalo River was an absolute pleasure. The location was perfect for all the activities we had planned, and Heather was incredibly responsive and helpful in answering all our questions. The house itself was spotless and well-maintained, with plenty of space for our group. We had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Friends Christmas float trip

We loved our stay at your cottage. It was a beautiful place to stay. We cooked all of our meals at the cottage and we’re so pleased at how well stocked the kitchen was. It made cooking together a fun part of trip. And how excited we were for the fabulous new grill in the deck! We will definitely be back

It was beautiful, clean and close to our spot on the river

The homeowners were awesome! Accidentally locked outsells out of the property they were able to let us in within minutes of contacting them. The cabin is so clean and spacious and on a perfect little piece of land! Will be returning 😊

Love this stay

I don’t think the pictures do it Justice. It was more spacious than it appeared. I finally stayed somewhere that my back didn’t hurt the next day. Host was super responsive. Great location. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟We will defiantly stay here again. 10/10 recommend.

Sweet & Peaceful

We will definitely be renting this place again. It literally was just 10 minutes from Buffalo River Outfitters who we use to kayak the Buffalo River in Arkansas. The moment we walked in, it was just a feeling of absolute peace and serenity. The cabin had everything we enjoyed the back porch every morning for coffee. The blackout curtains in the bedroom were perfect. If you need some rest and relaxation, this is the place to do it

Super cute and clean cabin

This cabin was absolutely adorable! Simple but inviting farmhouse decor. Very clean. We really appreciated having a second full bathroom and the ability to do laundry. If you are sensitive to noise, this cabin is located right off a major roadway, so you will hear a little traffic. We also thought the beds were a little soft for our preference, but overall, this is a great cabin, and I would recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic stay for Memorial Weekend

Cabin was perfect for weekend away to float the Buffalo with the kids. They had everything we needed, including a first aid kit that came in super handy for an emergency situation we had in the middle of the night. We couldn't have been more pleased. The master bed was SO comfortable. Hosts were easy to talk to and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Great cabin for R&R

This is a great cabin to get away from the bustle of the city. Close to anything you need, but far enough to escape. My wife, five kids and I really enjoyed it!
