Agence Cocoonr offers you this charming 90 m² house in Sarzeau, less than a kilometer from the beach, with wifi, which can comfortably accommodate up to 6 travelers. It's the ideal place to spend your vacations with family or friends by the sea.

The accommodation is composed as follows:

- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Three bedrooms with 2 double beds (140×190) and 2 single beds
- Two bathrooms with shower
- Two separate WCs

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Sarzeau, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
