This beautiful mountain-side property features a heated garage, large dining area, an in-unit washer and dryer and is located right next to the complex's hot tub and playground.

Spread out and relax in the spacious living room where you can either cozy up in front of the fireplace or catch up on some of your favorite television programs. Stocked with everything you need for a gourmet meal, whip up a delicious meal in the large kitchen and adjacent dining area. No need to find the nearest laundromat if you spill a drink on your favorite shirt or just need to do a round of laundry. Toss a load in the washer and dryer while you enjoy all the other amenities available with this unit.

The master bedroom features a queen bed, large bathroom, ample closet space, and access to a private patio. The patio sits on the edge of a massive grass lawn, shared and maintained by the entire complex. Grab a frisbee or blanket to enjoy some nature while staying within the comfort zone of your home. The second bedroom features two twin beds, a spacious closet, and shares access to the full bathroom directly outside of the door.

Once you're finished skiing, hiking, biking, or just walking through town, soak your bones in the spa, located steps outside of your back porch, before settling into your unit for the night. If you have children with you, simply walk them outside the side door and you will find a full playground for them to enjoy whenever they need to burn off some extra energy. Looking to spend the day downtown, or at the resort, but don't want to worry about driving or parking? Worry not! The nearest city bus stop is just a 2-minute walk and provides easy access to the ski area as well as any downtown restaurants or attractions. Remember to check the current bus schedule if you decide to stay out late in town. If you miss the last bus, Steamboat does have private shuttle options as well as a limited number of Uber and Lyft drivers.
