The villa offers two levels, making it ideal for families, groups of friends, or multi-generational stays.

Bedroom 1 – Master Suite: King-size bed (160 X 200 cm), 25 cm thick premium mattress, walk-in closet, desk, en-suite bathroom with Italian shower, and direct terrace access.

Bedroom 2: Bedroom 2 (15 m²): Queen-size bed with wardrobe, dresser, and vanity/desk.

Bedroom 3: Bedroom 3 (16 m²): 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm).

NOTE: The 2 Twin beds in Bedroom 3 can be combined & converted into one single queen-size bed (upon request).

Bathrooms: 1 en-suite bathroom + 1 shared bathroom + separate WC.

Living Room: Expansive 94 m² space with cathedral ceiling, A/C, TV, SONOS sound system, Piano, 4+2 seater sofa, coffee table, armchairs, and foot and pouf rest, perfect for family time.

Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped open-plan kitchen and 2 dining areas - One adjacent to the kitchen and the other one on the terrace, both having an extendable table to accommodate up to 12-14 guests.

📌 Please note: The studio is included and prepared for reservations of 7 guests or more. For groups of up to 6 guests, the studio unit remains closed, as our pricing and preparation are calibrated to the number of guests booked. If you are a group of 6 or fewer and would like access to the studio as an additional space, this can be arranged for a fixed supplement of €300 (covering extra preparation and cleaning). Please request this at the time of booking.
