The Meadow at Longleaf - Bike The Trace

Home away from home!
Enjoy the coziest accommodations in town in this ranch-style home located on a quiet street. The home features 3 bedrooms, a full kitchen stocked with essentials, and a fully fenced-in backyard. Each of the 3 bedrooms has a different brand mattress with varying firmness/softness so that there is something for everyone. It's perfectly located steps away from The Long Leaf Trace and Colludium Brewing Company.

Pets are accepted on a case-by-case basis, please reach out first. There is an additional cleaning fee for pets.

A permit is required to ride your golf cart on The Longleaf Trace. (only battery-operated vehicles are permitted) If you are bringing a cart to take to a Southern Miss game/tailgating let me know and I will send over the application for the permit needed to take your cart on The Trace. Permits are processed by mail so please allow ample time for processing.

A starter supply of essentials is included for convenience including coffee/cream/sugar, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo & conditioner, body wash, lotion, and makeup remover wipes. These items are not restocked durning your stay.

We came to close a chapter in my life. Took 25 years to do it. The house was perfectly located because it's location. Enjoyed the stay and would recommend this rental to those who want to drive around the hub of Hattiesburg and USM.

Great for baseball weekend

We were in town for a baseball tournament and this house was perfect for us. Just a few minutes from interstate and easy to find. It was so convenient to have a washer/dryer for washing uniforms and a kitchen for cooking so we didn’t have to eat out often.

Exactly what is described

We went for a week of tournament ball with my son and this little house was perfect for what we needed! We will definitely stay here again if we return for another tournament!

Great Place

My husband and I were in town for the Little League World Series and needed a place to stay with our 2 dogs. The house was charming and was perfect for our dogs. The back yard was wonderful.

Cute home

Typical area for MS where the yards, homes need just a lil bit more lovin. Made us nervous at first but it really was safe. Everyone is so kind in the area. Cute home. Big fenced in backyard. Loved that we could have our dogs with us. Close walking distance to trail. Close to University. Not far from anything really. Colludium Brewing & Kitchen is maybe 300 yards away at end of street up against trail. Awesome place! Best burger & fries we'd had in a long time.

My family & I booked this stay for a weekend. The check in process was super easy . The bedrooms look as pictured. One bedroom has a tv & the living room does as well. There is always room for improvement, but overall it was a good stay. The neighborhood was kind of sketchy at first, but there were security cameras and the neighbors were friendly.

Good for our need

This property has a beautiful fenced in backyard that was perfect for letting the kids play in the sunshine. The drive through the neighborhood to get to the property is as a previous review stated, a little sketchy, but we had zero issues. Quiet street just off of the bike path and close to where we needed to be. The property has been updated and is clean, the beds were comfortable and we were able to spend time as a family around meals through our stay.

Great place for biking

The house was comfortable with big bedrooms just a short distace to the longleaf trace trail. It is about a mile from restraunts and shopping. We rode our bikes around the neighborhood and on the longleaf so the location was perfect for us. It has a garage we kept our bikes in. The owner/operator responded to questions within minutes online. We will be back again in May and will rent the same house again

Hattiesburg baseball weekend

This property was perfect for our stay. I will say that upon arriving I was a little concerned about the safety of the neighborhood but it was just fine....quiet and cozy. We also traveled with our puppy and the fenced in backyard was perfect! Would def stay here again or recommend to others. It is in a great location...not far from everything!
