The Ash Street Stables Villas

Near by attractions; Little Sahara State Park, Alabaster Caverns State Park. Boiling Springs State Park, Gloss Mountain State Park. Roman Nose State Park and Golf Course, 5-star Café Bahnhof German Restaurant & Biergarten.
The Ash Street Stables is located at the famous Little Sahara State park. We have one acre of private gated Parking.
Enjoy the 25,000 pound outdoor stone Community bar beside the 7' gas fire pit. We have a magnificent 9'x125' stamped covered porch with Adirondack chairs. The entire Villa has a 7' tall x 1200' steel privacy fence with an amazing stone lighted entry gate. We have installed a heavy pipe fence to make a safe play area for kids and adults. A one of a kind feature in the building design has 6 inches of Spray foam insulation on all the exterior walls, 4" of interior wall insulation and solid core doors to eliminate the out door noise for a good nights sleep. The high-end mattresses are made in Kansas and the high thread count sheets are designed to keep you cool. The custom built hand made Amish beds were made from 6,000 pounds of Cherry wood from Ohio. The Amish hand crafted kitchen cabinets lumber was harvested in Missouri and built in Kansas. The massive custom built live edge walnut table was crafted in Kansas. The bathroom double bowl designer sinks were designed and poured in Kansas City. The bathroom has a bidet and urinal. The Artist was from Kansas City they painted 12'x9' mural they poured over 120 hours into each mural. The residence was built using the most efficient heating & air, 100% LED lights, automatic switches and preset Thermostat controls. The floors were polished to a 1200 glossy mirror like finish. The restored stables used as décor once held not so famous race horses in Tiffney Springs Missouri. We installed the best Wi-Fi available in the county and have Crystal UHD Samsung smart TV with Netflix, Apple TV, HULU, Prime Video and YouTube TV. The Kitchen is equipped with the essentials. We have a charcoal grill outside along with a Blackstone Griddle. String Lights are overhead in the evening, to sit by the Chiminea or the Propane Glass Fire Pit.

Amazing time at the stables!! Very clean and well kept. Plenty of room for us to unload our trucks. Brian was very responsive. We will definitely stay again.

Beautuful-NOT FUNCTIONAL

The unit slept 12 but not enough towels, cookware, glassware or eating utensils for even the 7 of us. There were no linens for the sleeper sofa, the top of the mattresses on the bottom bunks were only 12 inches off the ground. and maytresses not that great. No extra dish soap, soap or shampoo. 2 kitchen towels only. Thecounters and floor weresticky when we went in. The only 12 inces off

Great Place!!!

Place was awesome we stayed to go riding at dunes and you can drive your sxs or whatever u have to dunes from Place. Very clean and nice. Owner was very good to deal with, would stay again and recommend to anyone.

Great Deer Hunting Lodge

This property was the perfect place to stay for our annual Woods county deer hunt with my sons. We really enjoyed the new and attractive amenities including grill and streaming TV so we could enjoy our dinners watching Bedlam football. We will return. I highly recommend Ash Street Stables for your Waynoka/Woods county adventure.

The Location is great, In fact if we could, we would not trade it for anyplace in the area. We have 500 foot of string lights. .All the light fixtures and bulbs were hand picked for this location, it really sits the evening mood.
The building is almost sound proof for a great nights sleep.
