DUPLEX VILLA 2 - PAU
Located in the heart of Pau, opposite the wooded park of Château Henri IV, this duplex apartment is located in the Les Terrasses du Parc residential complex. Your accommodation in Villa 2 offers many amenities: spacious interiors, two secure parking spaces, a private garden, and a ground-floor entrance. The historic district is a 10-minute walk away. On the ground floor: - Open-plan living area with high ceilings, including: - Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher) - Bright dining area with bay windows opening onto the south-facing terrace - Comfortable living room with large-screen TV and Wi-Fi (fiber) internet access - remote working possible - Bedroom (double bed) opening onto the garden through bay windows - Bathroom (washing machine) and separate toilet. Upstairs: - 1 bedroom (1 double bed and 1 single bunk bed) opening onto a balcony - 1 bedroom (1 double bed) opening onto a balcony and mezzanine - 1 mezzanine off the living room (sofa, office area) - 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet. Sheets are provided for all beds. Towels are not provided. Garden equipped with a garden table and chairs. Electricity and heating are not included. 1 outdoor parking space in front of the apartment and 1 space in the basement of the residence - secured by a gate and remote control. Many activities nearby: Henri IV Castle, whitewater stadium, golf course, English villas, and the Museum of Fine Arts. Boulevard des Pyrénées to admire the nearby mountains and enjoy a drink. Funicular railway. Grand Prix automobile race in May, international horse show in the fall. Make a pleasant and relaxing stop in the heart of the city of Pau, in a quiet area 3 km from the historic center (Château Henri IV).
