Located on the ground floor of a small building, it comprises a pretty 10 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom upstairs and a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is composed as follows :
- A 10 m² living room with TV and sofa
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A mezzanine with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

The flat is ideally located in Cancale, in a very pleasant environment. You can enjoy all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the paid parking lots around the apartment or in a free parking lot (60 spaces) on Bd Thiers, a 2-minute walk away.
