Location

The villa is located in the residential area of ​​"O'Mullane bas" in Le Diamant. It offers a quiet environment with a pleasant view of nature.

Just 300 meters away, a small preserved beach is accessible but you will probably prefer to go to the very beautiful Diamant beach, located around 2500 meters away. Other beaches, notably Anses d'Arlet, are accessible in a few minutes by car.

A local shop is less than 1 km away, and the village of Le Diamant, with its restaurants and small shops, is 2 km away.

Built in 2022, the villa accommodates:

At the main level:
- A living room with lounge and television, which opens onto a covered terrace
- A very well equipped American kitchen with a bar
- 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with Queen Size double beds (160*200) and private bathrooms
- 1 guest toilet

The terrace hosts a fully covered dining area as well as a beautiful swimming pool. Some deckchairs are also available.

On the garden level:
- A large bedroom of 50 m² with a Queen Size double bed (160*200), 2 single beds, a double sofa bed facing a television
- 1 shower room with separate WC

A pétanque court to share with neighboring villas is located right next to the villa.

Please note: The bedroom on the ground floor is only accessible from outside the villa via a staircase from the upper terrace. It is NOT SUITABLE FOR VERY YOUNG CHILDREN
