The Mélèzes II residence is located in the historic district of Avoriaz, a pedestrian resort par excellence.
Take advantage of a ski-in/ski-out departure and the proximity to shops 100 meters away and the center 200 meters away for a stay that will rhyme with practicality!
The ski lifts are 350 meters away.
Surface area : about 50 m². 2nd floor. Orientation : South. View ski slopes. Level 0 : Living room with balcony, 2 sofa-beds (90x200), fireplace (utilisation strictement interdite). Kitchenette with kettle, coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, 3 induction cooking rings, fridge. Shower room with Italian style shower, WC. Level 1 : Bedroom with double bed (140x190). Bedroom with 2 bunk beds (70x190). Bathroom with bath-tub, WC. The beds in elevation are not suitable for children under 6 years.
