Summary:
An acre of pines on a dead-end road in Broken Bow, Oklahoma, with a stream running through the property and deer wandering past. Five minutes from Hochatown dining and Beavers Bend State Park. A hot tub beside the outdoor fireplace, a fire pit for marshmallows, and cornhole, horseshoes, and dominoes when you feel like playing. Built for unplugging.
The Space:
The king bedroom opens through double doors to an elevated back porch, your private escape. The bathroom has a double-head shower and a big soaking tub. The airy living room has a queen pullout (best for kids and flexible sleepers) and 50-inch TVs.
Outside: a hot tub beside the outdoor fireplace, a hardwired gas grill that's always ready, a fire pit, and the games: cornhole, horseshoes, dominoes.
The land is half the stay: an acre of pines on a quiet dead-end road, a stream through the property, deer visiting regularly.
Guest Access:
The entire property is yours, private and self-contained. Self check-in with a smart lock.
The Neighborhood:
Set in Broken Bow's pine forest, five minutes to Hochatown's restaurants, breweries, and shops, and to Beavers Bend State Park and Broken Bow Lake for hiking, fishing, kayaking, and boating. A one-mile backroad walk gets you to a breakfast diner, a restaurant, and a coffee shop.
Getting Around:
A car gives you the most flexibility, though the walk to the diner and coffee shop is an easy mile. Rideshares are thin out here, so plan ahead.
Other Things to Note:
Check-in from 4pm (earlier arrivals often possible, just ask). Check-out at 11am. The queen pullout in the living room suits kids and flexible sleepers best; the king bedroom is the grown-up room.
