I’ll start with the up sides. The cabin itself is lovely and the property is very nice. My kids loved the arcade games and the waffle maker and it was peaceful with cute decor. The little fenced area was great for our dogs as well. The biggest downside by far was the host’s communications. We didn’t get check in instructions until we were already there, slow response times in general and I had to initiate all conversations including repeated requests to resolve having no wifi which they seemed ambivalent about. The property could use more attention. There was no propane for the fireplace or grill, grill is extremely rusted, hot tub at least half the jets don’t work, outlets in the kitchen don’t work, burned out light bulbs, burn holes in the sheets. Not a bad property, but not worth the price per night.

We had a wonderful stay. We had a couple hiccups, but Jof was quick to correct. Will definitely keep this in mind for our next trip up.

Not worth it

The hot tub was the only saving grace. Be prepared to add on 119 for insurance. I hoped it would be worth it. But it was not. The host was unresponsive until 2 hours before the check in time. I am used to always getting that information via email but when I didn’t I messaged the host. Nothing waited a couple days and called the host which goes to a voicemail box that is full. So I called VRBO they called the host who acted like it was his first time ever hosting and said “I have to send it?” and when they asked if he would sent the details he said “she’s got a couple days” and hung up the phone. He still never sent it till I text him. The listing is also inaccurate to say it sleeps 6 unless you want to sleep on an air mattress with only 1 small blanket and a pillow with no pillow case. I’m glad I brought a pillow. There were also mouse droppings throughout the bottom cabinets. Would not stay there again or use this host.

Nice cabin owner doesn’t communicate

We arrived on Sunday and left Wednesday morning I’m gonna start off by saying it’s a really cute nice cabin about 10 minutes from downtown Tulsa. 1.6 miles from Osage casino. I’m gonna do a pro and cons here Pro: nice cabin, secluded area hot tub jacuzzi spent some money making it nice Cons: property owner doesn’t communicate after I booked never heard from him until I called day before check in 2…the shower has no water pressure it literally take 6 minutes for hot water to get to the shower head 3…shower is huge and slippery take a mat to stand on 3.. we never got in the hot tub because he has camera in the corner we didn’t know if someone would be watching kinda creepy 4… no cable or satellite it rained on Tuesday all day and the WiFi/streaming went in and out all day 5…the mattress squeaky when you lay or sit on it ….6…road traffic all night long you can hear them in the bed …owner makes you purchase 119 insurance damage policy before you can book which is absurd my opinion 2 adults who don’t party should not need this should be an option or money back once we check out if no damage overall we won’t stay here again when we come back

Overall stay was ok

There were no cleaning supplies in the kitchen so after I was done making a meal all I had toClean with was a bathroom wash cloth and just water. 409 or some kind of cleaning product would have been nice. Both of the propane tanks ran out while we were there.

Had a doctors appointment for the VA and had to be in Tulsa for it 2 hours from home, booked this stay, the host was very accommodating and would recommend this for a couple getaway, very quiet and peaceful also 3 mins to casino

Incredible Find!

Our stay far exceeded our expectations. The inside is far larger than it appears in pictures. There are three large theater style couches. Each couch has two recliners. Very comfortable. The electric fire under the TV was cozy. Both bathroom were really nice. One had the indoor Jacuzzi tub and the other had a huge shower with two shower heads. The kitchen had a nice sized table that we used to play board games and eat. We had everything we needed and the waffle bar was a nice touch. The bedrooms were cozy and beds were comfortable. The two arcade games were a favorite for our son. Outdoors there was an accident throwing game that we enjoyed. There was also a fire pit and a hot tub. Both worked great. The cabin is on a big piece of land and we enjoyed being able to explore with our little one. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We had a problem with some lights due to a storm. They came out and replaced them. It's in close proximity to everything we wanted to do in Tulsa. We highly recommend this place and will definitely return. We also inquired about other properties because this one is so nice and well maintained.

Great for a family!

Love the location away from the busy city. It was a nice, relaxing getaway for the weekend. My 5 year old said it's the best place we've ever stayed - her favorite parts were the arcade games, jacuzzi bathtub, and getting to sit on the patio to watch the butterflies in the morning. The waffle batter and extra toppings was a nice surprise. We will definitely stay here again if it's available for our next Tulsa trip.

Great stay

The property was just as advertized. Was very clean and within 20 minutes drive of everything we wanted to do. The kids enjoyed the two arcade games quite a bit.
