all communications come in German unless you go through the Booking app to use the automated translation. St-Moritz is meant to be international. But very friendly and nice communications, no big deal.
I had sent a message in advance to announce us arriving on 16:30. Then I sent a message on the road when asked to reconfirm.
But we had a phone call in German to check on us and make sure that we would arrive before close of business. I think that was unnecessary.
I was not explained the laundry machine. apparently it was in the basement.
The appartment has magnificent views and a great space. The living room, kitchen, and rooms are well equipped. wifi and tv are great.
The add on Booking did not explain well that the 3rd bed room with a signle bed was actually a mezzanine fully open on the living room with no shutter (early day light).
The main problem are the pillows (scarce, small, old). The bed in master is quite tough but still ok if the pillows were right .
The heating system is impossible to tune. I had to turn off the ground heating system on electrical board to try and reduce the heat.
Everything was extremely clean and well maintain.
