My Husband and I stayed for 2 months January and February. The view was spectacular and we spent much of the time on the terrace. The condo was absolutely spotless with the decor in very good taste. My only issue would be the throw rugs need to be changed as they looked old and worn. The beds were quite comfortable and the linens were very good quality. The location is close to restaurants but would be a long walk, but by car just a few minutes. Jaycee Park which is a located adjacent to the condo was closed because there is quite a bit of construction going on. When completed this park is supposed to be spectacular. This did not affect our stay and the noise was minimal. The pool was closed for a week for minor safety violations. Our balcony was closed for 2 days because painting was taking place. These 2 issues were not the fault of Joe and they were rectified. Joe was great about getting back to us. Overall we were quite pleased with our stay and we would highly recommend this condo.
