A step back in time in this flat, with its basic furnishings but ideal location for a seaside holiday!

Its entrance leads to the living area with a lounge corner (rest sofa and a small flat-screen TV) and a dining area (table + 2 benches) opening onto a balcony with an OCEAN VIEW! The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner gas stove and its gas oven, a drip coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

Go down the stairs to the sleeping area with its 2 bedrooms. The first with 2 x 80cm beds and the second with 1 x 140cm bed.
There is a bathroom with bath and washing machine, as well as a separate toilet.

There is a private garage at no. 22.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
