Whether you're staying in town for business at the college or the local hospitals; or just vacationing for the week or the weekend, this house is centrally located near SDSU, the village of La Mesa & Lake Murray. Relax and enjoy the private setting of your own 1 bed room cottage.
We refer to the premises as The Olive Tree Cottages. Our olive trees are original (1935) to the property which host in addition to the tiny house-two cottages; each with their own private yards and private entrances.
Note: *NO SAN DIEGO COUNTY LOCALS* ALLOWED TO RENT (without prior permission from Owner). Must be 25 yrs old or older to book.

I enjoy the local cultures of each place, experiencing the road less traveled or off the beaten path. What I find even more enjoyable, is meeting new people and making new friends from those different cultures.

Although this house feels more like an intimate cottage, this 1935 built bungalow has upgraded modern amenities like a new chef's stove/oven, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, etc. Relax in your own backyard or on the patio complete with a gas bbq grill. The house is equipped with a mini-split AC in the bedroom and ceiling fans, or you can enjoy the evening canyon breezes with the windows opened. Enjoy the outdoor lifestyle of San Diego.

The bed in the bedroom photos is Queen size. The mattress is a Helix (Sunset) hybrid. The soft top of the mattress lets you sink in like a cloud. Ideal for side sleepers. Sleeps two comfortably.
A rollaway bed (Twin XL size, mattress brand: Sealy memory foam) which can be stored in walk-in closet (when requested) for use. Typically this would be set up in the living room. If not requested, it will be stored in a storage unit.
When requested, a queen size air mattress can be provided as well.
