Private Suite with Pool - Newly Decorated - Centrally Located

Enjoy your stay at our centrally located private home in a well-established neighborhood. This newly decorated Suite has one queen bed, a sitting area and a large private bathroom. You stroll down a path surrounded by lilies and amaryllis to come to a gated entrance. You will go down 4 short steps to the room. The Suite is close to several popular restaurants, cafes, and shopping.
Soak up the sun by the pool or watch hummingbirds at the many feeders hung in the patio.
Take a morning walk to Einstein Bagels for breakfast - only 2 blocks away.
The city bus stop is ½ block away and the Trolly is a short mile walk which makes it convenient if you are without a car. If you have a car there is plenty of street parking.
It's only 3-5 minutes to major freeways; I-8, I-15 and 805. Visiting students at college? SDSU is right across the freeway about a mile away.
We are only 15 minutes to the Airport (SAN), Beaches, Bays, Downtown, Old Town, San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Sea World, Coronado, Petco Park and the Convention Center.
Head North for 30 minutes to Safari Park and 35 minutes to Legoland.
Head East for 40 minutes to our beautiful Mountain Ranges. Head South for 30 minutes to another country, Tijuana, Mexico.
Love shopping? It's 10 minutes to major shopping malls and our new Snapdragon Stadium.
We are very centrally located so there is no end to the great places in San Diego that you are able to visit.
If peace and quiet is what you are looking for then this is the place for you. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and the double pane windows keep all sounds out.
Feel free to use the pool. Floats and pool towels are provided.
We really care about our guests and strive to help you have the best stay ever. Note: The price is for one guest.

The hummingbirds provided entertainment during a rainstorm
nice pool. it is solar heated so be aware if it’s been cloudy, the pool is cold.

The room was perfect for our stay. The whole place was very clean and well appointed. Randy made the check in super easy. He was waiting for us when we arrived. Showed us everything we needed to know. The gates and lighting provided a lot of security as we came in late at night. We walked to our daughter's house that was about 3 miles away and enjoyed the sites. Beautiful neighborhoods. I highly recommend this place and hope to stay there again when visiting family in the area.Be sure to check out all the hummingbirds in the backyard!

Very nice area, loved the decor and everything was very clean. We woke up with hummingbirds every day!! Large bathroom and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

We did not us the pool but we sat on the covered patio and had breakfast while watching the hummingbirds. It was a perfect stay in every way.

A family illness kept us from getting to this place. But my numerous interaction with the owner were lovely! Each request was dealt with in an honorable, helpful, welcoming manner. So, while I cannot review a unit I have not seen in person, the people running the unit get a super enthusiastic A!

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood with a gas station, bagel shop and grocery store nearby. They offered a swimming pool, which we did not have time to use, but remained clean during our stay. The owners live above the unit and were very kind and quiet. I would stay here again if the opportunity presented itself.

Host was extremely friendly & recommend lots of places to visit. Had a great experience with them. The “room” was very spacious & great size for couple. The pool was heated & made for fun pools days!

Friendly owners, gorgeous gardens, great breeze through main room, convenient location. Owners left for 4 nights, never chlorinated pool. Green. Picnic table old, dirty, unstable. Rugs in bathroom need washing, replacing. Mildew in shower. Termite tracks? Freezer needs to be defrosted. Supply more towels, washcloths for 9 nights.
