Upcoming Roof Replacement Project planned by the Grand Champions Resort Management team, scheduled from August 2nd through September 4th, 2024, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with setup between 7:30 am and 8:00 am daily. While one pool may briefly close, at least one pool will remain open. Parking arrangements may change with advanced notice. Expect minimal disruptions during pool access, though there may be some adjustments. There might be disruptions, especially during the initial removal of the existing roof shakes. Condos may require access for repairs, with advanced notice provided. For safety, please avoid using lanais during construction hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm) due to potential falling debris.

Wailea Grand Champions Golf Villas is a modern property located between the Wailea Blue Golf Course and the Wailea Tennis Club. This quiet low density development consists of twenty mostly two-story buildings set among lush tropical gardens and swaying palm trees, two swimming pools, two Jacuzzis, five gas BBQ grills to enjoy and is a convenient short walk to the renowned Shops at Wailea. The famous Wailea beaches are just a short 15 minute walk and are exceptional for sunsets, swimming, sunning, seasonal whale watching and provide over 2 miles of paved beach walk. Please note this resort does not have elevators.

Grand Champions 8 is an impeccable two bedroom, two bathroom condominium that comfortably sleeps six. Dine al fresco on the very spacious, private lanai taking in the lush garden views. Upgraded and beautifully decorated, this condo features split A/C systems, high quality furniture, contemporary electronics, and a superb kitchen. The living room has plenty of seating with a Queen size sofa sleeper, perfect for extra guests. Enjoy making meals in the graceful white kitchen featuring granite countertops, full size appliances, and a dining area for four. Cool down after a long day of golfing with a Split AC system as well as ceiling fans throughout.

Relax and unwind in the Master Bedroom which features a comfortable King size bed, flat screen TV, and a beautifully finished en suite bathroom with a large walk in shower. The guest bedroom features a Queen size bed, a flat screen TV for your entertainment, an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and private lanai access. This condo also features a washer and dryer for added convenience.
