Suite 725 has been thoughtfully put together to provide you with everything you would need for you next Lake Geneva escape. Recently face-lifted, this sizeable second-story downtown unit features one bedroom (King), one full bathroom, a full kitchen, dining area and in-unit laundry. Two twin day beds, each with a pull out trundle, provide additional sleeping spots for guests. Easily take to the streets to enjoy the dining, nightlife and brick-and-mortar shopping scenes that have earned Lake Geneva the reputation of being among the finest resort towns the Midwest has to offer. Just one block from boat tours, the beach, and scenic walks on the majestic Geneva Lake shore path!

Developed and managed by Geneva Lakes Vacations, with over 1000 5 star reviews, this property is one of the few in the downtown Lake Geneva area that was set up for vacation rentals.

Communication was excellent, and the apartment was in very clean condition, with ample towels, sheets, pillows, etc. Loved the location on a cold weekend, which allowed us to walk everywhere.

Excellent Stay

Apt was downtown near everything we needed. We didnt need to drive until we for for home. Plenty of space and very clean.

Relaxing weekend

My partner and I stayed in this lovely VRBO for my 51st birthday. Very relaxing and cozy. The bed was comfortable and we lived being close to everything downtown.

This place was PERFECT. Spacious, comfortable, incredible natural light. Tons of extra pillows. The location was beyond amazing - easy to shop, swim, etc and go back and change and relax whenever we needed to. And the fact that parking was included was a game changer. Will be back!

Great Apartment!

Apartment was in a great location - right in the middle of town, walking distance to shops, restaurants and the lake! Apartment was more spacious than the pictures portray - it was perfect for our family.

The place was recently renovated. They did an excellent job. You can't believe how much room there is. And you can't believe how comfortable it is. If we decide to go to Lake Geneva again, I'll be sure to book this place again.

Great Location

Stayed here for girls weekend and loved it! The location is perfect, right in the middle of the action. Communication with the host was great. Clean, cozy, and plenty of sleeping room. All they need is a full length mirror for outfit checks ☺️.

Perfect

This was a mini getaway with my daughter. The property was amazing. It was so open with tons of windows for natural light to shine in. It was clean and exactly as advertised. The location couldn’t have been better!

Convenient downtown getaway

Perfect location to walk around downtown Lake Geneva and walking path around the lake. Open, light filled setting was very comfortable and clean. Street noises may be loud if sleeping in the front room, but we slept well in the back bedroom. Would definitely return! End of October was wonderful for fall color changes and the area wasn’t busy so easy to get into restaurants.

Great find. Too many stairs for lugging.

Great stay! Location, awesome. No outdoor space for air. (Balcony)Stairs were too much for us older folks. Got our exercise anyway! Lugging baggage, not so much! Neighbor Shop lady wanted to help w/luggage. So nice!!

Sleeping Comfort/suite access

While the bedroom bed seemed to have a foam mattress, it had no support underneath. We woke stiff allover. Our solution was to double-up the trundle beds in the living room. Sleeping was far more comfortable.While the suite was fabulous, it lacked outside access from the parking area. We had to unload and load from a street parking space. During our stay we needed to walk around. During summer...nice walk. On this weekend (26 degrees) it made for a very cold walk.

Hi Rhonda, We wish you had let us know the mattress wasn’t comfortable for you during your stay. It is a newer memory foam mattress and we haven’t received prior negative feedback. Reviews have mentioned it’s comfort. We know mattress preference is different for all. We would have dropped off a topper right away to make you more comfortable for the rest of your stay. The bed is a platform bed, which has support underneath but does not require a box spring. We note private parking is behind the building and entry is via the front. This does require a walk around the building to enter. We apologize if you were unaware and inconvenienced by this. We truly care about our guests experience and go above and beyond whenever we can. Great downtown location

Easy walking to the lake, restaurants and shopping. The unit was clean and bright. The kitchen was fairly well stocked with essentials for cooking if you want to eat in. However, the refrigerator does not have an ice maker. We enjoyed out stay.
