Whether it's a weekend getaway or a little longer stay, you will enjoy the space that the townhome offers. Each bedroom is set up with its own desk if you're needing to work while traveling. This townhome is 3 upstairs bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms, a nice spacious living area and separate area for dining and even a workspace area or you have the choice to sit at the island for those more relaxed times. The outdoor patio on the first floor is what will draw you out to enjoy the sunshine or have some private quiet time from the master balcony.

-Sliding glass doors leading to the patio has a Dining Table with seating for 6 people, an outdoor sofa & hammock (There is NO lanai since Hurricane Milton - Please note)

- Parking - There is one covered parking space where it says "Michels."

Garbage - Trash bin is kept in the middle storage up front to the right and the bin is the one on the right. Trash is picked up every Monday & Wednesday morning. Please pull the bin to the curb the night before for pickup.
