This home is BIG on easy breezy living with a split floor plan with Master and bath on one side and the other 3 bedrooms on the other with living in-between. RELAX and rejuvenate here. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, which is what we expect from our guests. The driveway has a second parking space (unimproved) with ample room for RV and/or Boat parking. The boat launch is just down the street at Ballard Park, which also has lighted tennis courts, fishing, pavilion and more.
The pool, though not heated YET (waitlisted- computer chip shortage), is the perfect temperature May - November. Large enough for laps, Marco Polo or practicing kayak rolls , the backyard, BBQ and pool will entertain for days – or weeks! Fruit trees - Mango, Avocado, Star Fruit, Fig, Banana, and dwarf Malaysian coconut all online. Enjoy!

This wonderful property is tucked away in a residential neighborhood, leaving the noise & rush of the outside world behind. Please be considerate of our neighbors and the space. Upon arrival, there is parking in the driveway for 4 spaces (up to 4 cars or 2 cars plus boat trailer or RV). For the boat lovers, space for your vessel & trailer is also accommodated, with the use of nearby jetties & ramps! Guests have access to the whole home and fenced backyard.
