Welcome to your centrally located 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom haven—the perfect blend of Florida relaxation and convenience. Whether you’re here for a USSSA tournament, a space coast adventure, or a family beach getaway, our home is designed to be your ideal home base.

Private Screened Oasis: Enjoy a FREE heated pool (80-85°F) and a fully fenced yard.

Space for Everyone: 4 spacious bedrooms comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests.

Chef’s Kitchen: Fully equipped with stainless appliances, an Air Fryer, Blackstone Grill, and an Instant Pot.

Family Fun: 65” Smart TV with a Nintendo Switch and a variety of board games.

Extra Parking: Dedicated 30ft space for your Boat or RV at no extra cost.

The home features an open-concept dining area (seats 8) and a cozy sectional for movie nights.

Bedroom 4: 2 Twin Beds + 1 Full Bed (Perfect for kids/teens!).

Beach Ready: Enjoy the pool with provided floats and outdoor patio furniture.

House Rules & Important Info
To ensure a wonderful stay for you and our neighbors, please note:

No Pets/Animals: Due to severe owner allergies, we strictly cannot host pets or ESAs.

A heated pool is provided as a complimentary amenity. Please note that the heater is designed to reach a maximum of 85°F, or up to 20°F above the current ambient air temperature. Please request in advance so we can have it warm for your arrival. (Professional reset fee applies if settings are tampered with).

Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM (Melbourne City Ordinance).

Security: 24/7 exterior cameras monitor entryways for your safety; no cameras are inside or facing the pool.

Occupancy: Max 10 guests. Additional guests are subject to a $25/day fee.

Full liability waiver and house policies are included in the booking agreement. By booking, guests agree to supervise children at all times and adhere to check-out procedures to accommodate our tight cleaning schedules.

Overall a really amazing stay!!We were widely impressed with the amenities provided for babies and small children. The host was really great and her communication was beyond anything I could have expected. Overall really really happy. We would 100% recommend this home to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Our kids really enjoyed the pool and amenities. The house is conveniently located to attractions but in a quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean, well stocked and accommodated our group perfectly.

We had a lovely stay at The Sandpiper. The home was stocked with everything we could have needed and lasted the entire week. Many beaches within 10 minutes, very friendly neighbors. 2 of the bedrooms do not have a television which I would have preferred but all in all it was a great stay.

House had everything we needed and was perfect for our family of 7 adults and 2 kids, it even had a pack and play! We spent A LOT of time in the heated pool, which had lots of inflatables to use. There were only two lounge chairs, but we made it work. The house was fairly close to Florida Tech and downtown Melbourne, which made coming and going for graduation festivities easy. Made for a perfect weekend :)

The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, providing the perfect relaxing environment. We really enjoyed our short stay at The Sandpiper. Everything is very nicely put together and the home was spotlessly clean. The coffee tree with the K-cups was very nice and enjoyed. The host has thought of everything you might need for a really nice, comfortable stay. The host is also just a phone call away if you have any difficulties (we did not have any issues). The beds are very comfortable and the home is in a nice quiet neighborhood. We will definitely keep The Sandpiper in our plans to visit around Melbourne again. Tom

We had an excellent visit at The Sandpiper Paradise. The home and property are exactly as advertised and pictured. The location is great, nestled in a nice neighborhood and not far from grocery stores, and restaurants. Our host, Selena was available and responsive with just a couple of questions from us about how to use the washing machine. The home is nicely supplied with first morning essentials--coffee, filters, sweeteners, & creamers. Also, there was a small supply of snack bars that took the edge off as we unpacked and then went out for groceries. We're planning on visiting Space Coast again this fall and will be definitely be revisiting The Sandpiper Paradise.

We loved staying at this beautiful home. We had an incredibly minor hiccup with the pool filter being clogged and our host came out right away to fix it! They also were kind enough to point us in the right direction to see the Artemis 2 launch, which was amazingly visibly from the pool/backyard area! The home is clean and spacious with plenty of amenities to keep every one entertained! The pool was heated and a fun way to relax after being out during the day. The provided pool floats and toys were an added bonus! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Nice for family vacation with close access to USSSA Space Coast Complex.

We stayed here for a baseball tournament at the USSSA Space Coast Complex. It was easy access to and from the complex and also to the beach.The management was friendly and very responsive.The pool was smaller than expected, but it's great for smaller children.

Lovely family getaway

House was clean, organized. Kitchen well equipped for cooking enjoyed the grill. In June the pool was a comfortable temperature without the heater. Love that the pool is screened in. Overall very comfortable stay.

We’ve stayed at this house twice already this year. It’s our 1st choice when visiting Melbourne. The house is clean, the beds are comfortable, the screened in pool with outdoor TV is a huge hit with our kids, the backyard is like a tropical oasis, and the owners are very quick to help with any question or issue. I honestly can’t think of anything negative about this property.

Five stars!!!

Such a great Florida experience! We loved the pool area and porch. The landscaping was beautiful and made us feel like we were in our own little oasis. Everything was very tidy and well thought out. They had everything we could need and it made for an excellent week! Definitely recommend!!!

Excellent property

The house was perfect! It had everything that you could need. My kids really enjoyed the pool and the Nintendo switch. All of the rooms were the perfect size for a family of 6. The host was very easy to get ahold of if we had questions. Highly recommend this property.

Highly Recommend

House and location were perfect for our stay in Melbourne. The house was clean and had just about anything you could possibly need. The backyard felt like our own little private oasis. The screened in pool was a huge hit and my kids loved the outside TV. Owner was wonderful to work with and responded very quickly to questions. Would definitely rent this house again.

House is overpriced We arrived to low 60 deg house temp. I told host we were coming with my 90 yr father We had to leave and go out to eat while house warmed up. An expence not planned I requested additional blankets and was told by host to buy my own from Walmart down road Cleaning had to be redone and we had to adjust plans to be present the next day. Pool was dirty and had to be cleaned Advertised as heated but after multiple requests pool got to 78deg
