- Old house in the heart of the village of Loddes, 200 meters from the village hall, the building has been totally renovated and modernized (façade renovation carried out this winter, shutters under renovation).

- The house is composed as follows:

On the first floor:

- Large fitted kitchen (fridge, induction hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, storage,...) open to the living room.
- Large dining room with 2 tables for convivial meals for 14 people, storage buffet equipped with crockery and various appliances (fondue, raclette, etc...)
- Cosy living room with coffee table, TV cabinet, DVD player, sofas, armchairs.
- Large master bedroom (1 bed 140/200 + 1 bunk bed for 2 beds 90/200), storage chest.

Upstairs above the living room:

- Large bedroom (1 bed 140/190), 2 bedside tables, 2 storage chests.

Upstairs above the kitchen, a landing leads to:

- Sanitary area consisting of a separate toilet, a bathroom with shower cubicle + sink, a sink in the corridor as well as another shower cubicle, and finally a bathroom with toilet, sink and bath. The shower cubicles are spacious in 90/90 rooms.
- Large bedroom (1 bed 140/190), 1 storage chest.
- Dormitory: ideal for children or groups of friends (3 bunk beds each of 2 beds 90/200), storage shelves at each bed.

The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in absolute calm. A parking area will allow you to put your vehicles.
A private courtyard with the well will allow you to have lunch outside. A plot of land located behind the house will be an ideal playground for children.
Access to a laundry room independent of the house will allow you to have a washing machine and dryer. A set of 2 folding tables and 20 outdoor chairs is stored there.
It is possible to store bicycles, ski equipment, and other things. For groups of motorcyclists, a garage is provided so that your bikes can sleep in a sheltered place.
The whole is electrically heated. A travel cot and a baby high chair are available.

- Located 10 minutes from the village of truths of Lapalisse, 30 minutes from the PAL (5th largest amusement and animal park in France), less than an hour from the family ski resorts of Auvergne.
A region full of resources with its fortified towns and castles to visit (Charoux, Bourbon L'Archambault,...). You can also enjoy the many sports activities with its infrastructures such as hiking, mountain biking, racing bikes, horse riding circuits, canoeing, rafting,... The Region is also privileged for fans of motorized two-wheelers on the road or on the path, its hilly roads and circuits will delight you.
