A 41 m² apartment completely repainted and rearranged this year, tastefully furnished and fully equipped, located on the seafront of a residence with direct beach access, offering a breathtaking view of the sea and the Golden Isles.

"Le Plein Soleil," located in the town of Le Lavandou, specifically in Cavalière, with a capacity for 4 people, includes: 1 air-conditioned bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x190 - new bedding) with its own terrace of about 9m² with a sea view, as well as a flat-screen TV, dresser, and storage wardrobe, with carefully chosen decor.

The American-style kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer and an additional small refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, cooking utensils, classic and Nespresso coffee makers, toaster, and kettle. It opens onto the living room (air-conditioned) with a sofa bed (140x190), television, table and chairs, recliner chair with footrest, and small nesting tables opening onto a loggia of about 4m² with a view of the sea and the islands.

The bathroom includes a vanity unit with a mirror, a shower with a sliding screen and dual shower heads for added comfort, towel dryer, and washing machine. The toilet is separate and equipped with a hand basin, mirror, and electrical outlet for more privacy.

The rental is on a fine sandy beach, "residence with direct beach access," about ten meters from amenities and restaurants, 7 km from the Jardin des Méditerranées natural park in Rayol Canadel, 30 km from Toulon - Hyères airport, and 47 km from Toulon train station.

It has WIFI and various brochures on nearby activities and walks. There is also a possibility to store bicycles in a designated storage room.

Amenities in Cavalière: 2 mini-markets, a post office, annex city hall, tourist information point, municipal police, ATM, a self-service laundry, 2 hair salons, beach articles, souvenirs, ambiance bars, restaurants, pizzerias, pétanque courts, free parking, 2 electric charging stations (22 KW) located behind the post office.

The rate does not include the rental of household linen, bath towels (price on request depending on need), Internet, and WIFI (4G key on request).

Beachfront quiet apartment. We have stayed in this apartment many times and it has been beautifully updated with new queen bed and modern bathroom and toilet. Great position right in the middle of Cavaliere beach.

Very quiet location in the center of Cavaliere. Only noise is the quiet lapping of the sea at your front door. Well equipped kitchen with microwave and coffee makers. Comfortable Queen size bed leading to second balcony. Small bathroom but all you need for a holiday, equipped with washing machine. Very clean. Our sixth time in this apartment. As we were there for a month a little more cupboard room in the kitchen for grocery items, perhaps in the space where there is a small fridge, replace with a series of 3 drawers. Otherwise, all perfect.

Ein großes Dankeschön an Theo, Yohann und die Eigentümer des Apartments „Le Plein Soleil“ für den wieder sehr angenehmen und erholsamen Aufenthalt in Cavalière! Wir kommen inzwischen regelmäßig und fühlen uns jedes Mal durch das gesamte Team der Agentur sehr gut betreut. Ein besonderes Dankeschön diesmal auch für das so toll organisierte Wetter: 15 Tage Sonnenschein – und zum Abschied noch eine kleine Showeinlage der wilden Delfine in der Bucht. Wir sind schon gespannt, was sich Theo und Yohann für das nächste Mal einfallen lassen und freuen uns schon aufs Wiederkommen.
