ADU208 accommodates two guests in this immaculate, contemporary designed Accessory Dwelling Unit. The custom staircase leads up to the well-appointed queen bedroom. If you must work away from home a built-in desk may aid your efforts.

Rise, envelop yourself in the softness of a guest robe, and relax with a morning cup of Joe - take your pick of coffeemakers: pour-over, automatic drip, or pod. We stock local medium roast fresh ground. Or pull out the blender for those of you who like to whip up your start to the day!

High-end appliances await your culinary skills but be forewarned - the best of Bozeman, from bakeries to breweries are just a short stroll away. Located in the ever-popular NE neighborhood, you will want to leave the peace and privacy of the ADU and walk the six short blocks to the heart of Main Street.

We could not have had a better place to stay in Bozeman. Host is wonderful, home is extremely clean and quaint. Also, close to downtown! Perfect!

Awesome ADU

The location of the ADU was perfect for exploring Bozeman on foot. Shopping, restaurants and hiking trails were all close by. The unit was beautifully and thoughtfully designed and had everything we needed. The bed and furniture were comfortable and the shower was amazing. The host was kind, helpful and very responsive I would definitely stay again if I’m back in Bozeman.

Awesome!

Janice is an awesome host. The property is very comfortable and very bright. Views are incredible. Location couldn’t be better. Even in winter, some of the best spots in Bozeman are within walking distance. Will stay again in a heartbeat!

Great Location for Bozeman

We loved staying in this unit and enjoyed how close we were to all the great restaurants. Only negative is that the bathroom is on the main floor but bedroom is upstairs.

Great place and great location! Just a few blocks from downtown!

The main reason we chose this property was its location. We were visiting my daughter who literally lives around the corner on Montana Ave. It was like a home away from home. Very clean (still smells new). High end appliances. Parking was okay for a smaller SUV but would be tight with anything bigger. But a relatively quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay! Oh, and the view of the mountains from the bedroom was amazing to wake up to! Love Bozeman!

Hi. My name is Reno Walsh. I am the owner of Bozeman Montana Vacation Rentals.

I sincerely appreciate Bozeman, Montana. I moved here in 1995 and immediately launched a career in the tourism industry. I met my wife to be on the summit of Saddle Peak in the Bridger Mountain Range just outside of town and a few years later I proposed to her in a raft on Montana’s Smith River. We were married downtown Bozeman at Lindley Park. Today we are the proud parents of two living in our own home on Bozeman’s northeast side. I’m an active volunteer and leader in the community. I’m the owner of a successful short-term rental and long-term downtown Bozeman vacation rental on North Montana Ave.

Bozeman Montana Vacation Rentals understands the importance of excellent customer service. I’ve guided thousands of guests around the world on active vacations.
