At the gates of Disneyland and Paris!<br><br>Put your bags down in this new apartment (2024) located in the dynamic Chessy studios district! <br><br>A multitude of shops animate this district. The Val d'Europe RER station is only a 10-minute walk away.<br><br>THE ACCOMMODATION<br>Our FALCON1 apartment is located on the 1st floor of the residence and is suitable for up to 6 people.<br><br>It includes:<br>- A living room (sofa bed for 2 people) + Smart Tv<br>- A fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils...)<br>- Bedroom 1: 1 queen size bed (2 people)<br>- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (2 people)<br>- Bathroom (Italian shower, washbasin)<br>- Separate toilet (+ washing machine)<br><br>Also included, at no extra charge:<br>- Free Wi-Fi connection in the apartment<br>- Bed linen and towels included for 6 people<br>- Available on site for baby: travel cot<br>- 1 secure parking space in the basement of the residence, direct access from the building next door (Attention, max height 1m95)<br><br>/!\ For hygiene reasons, we do not provide condiments (salt, pepper, oil, coffee, tea, sugar,..) but you can find them at the Carrefour City or Auchan supermarket<br><br><br>THE NEIGHBORHOOD<br>A few meters from the accommodation you will find many restaurants, bakeries, banks, etc...<br><br>Carrefour city supermarket: 400 metres<br>Val d'Europe shopping mall: 800 metres<br>Auchan Supermarket: 800 meters<br>Sea Life Aquarium: 800 meters<br>Valley Village: 800 metres<br>RER A station "Val d'Europe": 600 meters<br>Disneyland Paris: 8min by RER / 15-20min walk<br><br>But also...<br>Disneyland Golf Course: 3 km<br>Nature Village: 4km<br>Davy Crockett Ranch: 4 km

We were visiting Disneyland Paris and central Paris attractions and this property worked well for both. The train was only about a ten minute walk from the apartment and very easy to locate. We arrived late to the house each night but felt very safe walking from the train to the apartment. The apartment was clean and a great size for the four of us. We were given codes to access the gates and doors so it was very convenient.

Nice place to visit Paris and Disneyland

The apartment is equipped with everything you need. The place is really quiet and there’s a public transport station nearby and also restaurant and supermarkets. We could go to the Disneyland Parks and the city of Paris without car and without problems.

New property, very clean and tidy. Located 5 mins walk from val de Europe station, or 12 in a Bolt to the Parks. Paris is about 50 mins away for a 2.55 fare. The area is good, 2 mini supermarkets a short walk away, and plenty of dining options. You’re on the edge of an expanding residential zone. Flat is well equipped but currently has no extra kitchen items like salt and sugar that you sometimes get in lets, so you have to buy them. Overall very nice.

Lovely apartment, perfect location for DLP

The apartment is great, we stayed in December and it was lovely and warm. Plenty of space for us as a family of 4.The kitchen is really well equipped, and lounge area is perfect for watching disney plus after a long day at the parks!Train staion is about 5-10 min walk, in a straight line, and there is a great supermarket about 3 mins away. The car park is underground, and we did have to take the roof box off the car to park in there, (for reference we have a mitsubishi ASX).It is so close to disney you can see the tower of terror when you arrive!Keyless entry means you dont need to collect or return keys to the office which we appreciated after a long day of travelling. Would stay here again. Really nice, new apartment. away.there is a supermarket

Très pratique pour Disney

Appartement à proximité du RER Val d’Europe (Disney est à 20 minutes). L’appartement est impeccable, bien équipé et conforme à l’annonce. Environnement très froid et impersonnel. Nous recommandons vivement !!
