FEATURING:
Kitchen of the stars, with the chef’s double island, fully equipped to prepare family dinners after a refreshing swim in your private solar-heated, salt-water pool. The open floor plan makes it easy to cook, entertain, and have little ones in sight. The charm of the house is enhanced by its proximity to beautiful beaches and the riverfront. A mere four-block walk puts you among the waves, with opportunities for swimming, surfing, kayaking, fishing, and night space launches.

For dog lovers, we welcome your four-legged friend as long as they are pre-approved. A $100 secures their stay. Sneaking pets are not allowed, you will forfeit deposits.

Location: a few blocks to the beach, you're also close to good restaurants and An evening in with board games, television, and a dip in the pool is made perfect. The home is situated in a wonderfully established neighborhood, near groceries stores, pet stores, restaurants, and Gleason Park with fountains and trails. Police and fire station right around the corner for peace of mind. The yard is fully fenced in with a kid's playset.

Space launch heaven, take the kids out of the classroom and experience real life while you see rocket launches headed for the stars!

Indian Harbour Beach and the nearby surrounding areas have shopping, nightlife, and great restaurants. The home is 15 minutes to downtown Melbourne, 5 minutes to the Eau Gallie art district, 22 minutes to Cocoa Beach, and just minutes away from the beautiful beach.

Family vacation to the space coast

This is a great house for anyone traveling with children. We recently traveled to Florida with our baby and 3 yr old and this property has everything you could need - crib, stroller, beach amenities, and our favorite the pool and swing set. The house was very clean, the pool was the perfect temp and the hosts were absolutely wonderful! Would highly recommend!

Fabulous house

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The host was very quick to reply to any inquiries. The location was perfect for our needs. The neighbourhood was quiet, and the pool was wonderful. We had 8 ladies in our group and we had enough space to be comfortable for the full week we stayed. I would definitely come back and stay again.

Family Reunion 2024

This was certainly one of the most perfect choices we have made for a weeklong family reunion. Maureen and Henri were exception hosts and deserve accolades for the effort they make to make sure everything exceeds expectations. The house and pool were spotless, the kitchen well appointed with everything you could ask for. We feel in love with Le French Restaurant in IHB, Indialantic Seafood Company and Coastal Crab in Melborne. Could not ask for more…Thank you!

Relaxing Time

Me my wife & our dog and my mom & dad stayed loved every minute. We all own our own businesses and wanted a nice quiet Labor Day weekend to relax and unwind and that’s what we got. Awesome beachside home!

Best pool we've ever had on vacation! The house was spotless, and had everything you need to enjoy your stay. Maureen was a fantastic host, super responsive and friendly! We'd definitely stay here again! The house itself is spacious and bright. You can't beat the location. A close walk to the park, and great yard for kids or dogs. We loved the little dog-friendly touches!

Great Florida Stay with plenty of room and Chef’s kitchen!

We had a fantastic stay at this rental. The house was huge and there was plenty of room to spread out. We cooked here most nights and bypassed meals out to enjoy the pool and relax as a family. We would highly recommend for any family, friends or large group! Here are a few comments to help others with planning: 1. Location - fantastic. We were playing sports in Viera but needed to be close to family beachside. This was the best of both worlds. In addition, we walked our dog to Gleason Park every morning and it’s a great park with great walking trails and playgrounds. 2. Kitchen - It really did have everything. We cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner here. Why eat out when you can enjoy the pool and family while preparing your meals?!?! 3. The pool was fabulous. We have a pool in our home but the kids definitely needed it to take a break from the Florida heat in August. We swam multiple times. The screened in porch is huge for keeping bugs at bay! Tons of poop toys and floats at the house. 4. Bedrooms - they were huge and the beds were spacious. We had a lot of room to spread out. It was quiet at night. Fans and a white noise machine were great to help the kids go to sleep. 5. Extras everywhere! From the speakers we could use to play music to the games and laundry. We were able to settle right in and relax. That is the goal when we stay at a rental and the extras were fantastic! Highly recommend and will be back again with our family!

Baseball Tournament Mini-Vacay

Great property and great owners. We had fun of what little time we weren't at the ballfields enjoying all amenities of the home including the pool! We got a few days at the beach and had a great time enjoying this home. Would stay again and again!

Softball/ Vacation

This was our second vacation stay in Florida for the softball world series. This time we got it right! Beautiful home with covered pool. Clean and inviting. Just minutes from the games and beach. Super great for a larger family

All of us felt really happy we chose this house and we want to make sure we will catch availabilty each time we come out to there. I had wife, mom in law, three kids, plenty room without feeling cramped, ultra clean and comfortable, very relaxing overall and the pictures actually do an injustice to what it is actually. Super great.

Fabulous house with a beautiful and relaxing pool

We arrived in Melbourne in the morning yet our check in wasn’t until 3 pm. The owner texted me that we were able to check in early. This is a beautiful and very clean house. The pool had just been cleaned and had crystal clear water. We enjoyed the pool for hours everyday we were there. The pool water was really warm because of it being solar heated. I mentioned in a text that the water was as warm as bath water and Maureen immediately had someone come over and turn off the solar heater and added cold water to the pool. Definitely made a difference on Saturday. Bed sheets, bath towels, pool/beach towels etc… were all provided for and there were plenty to choose from. Overall, we would definitely rent the house again if we are in Melbourne. The owners were extremely attentive to detail and so helpful. This was our first experience with a VRBO and it was a good one.

FIVE ***** - OVER THE TOP !

We came down to Indian Harbor Beach for a week of training camp for our Dragon Boat team . The 3 of us are members of the Empire Dragon Boat team in NYC (which is an all BC ( breast cancer ) competitive team . We really could not have wished for a better accommodation !!! Maureen was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs and requests. Check-in instructions were detailed and helpful. House instructions were just there as well . To our great surprise , we even got a reminder text after leaving , about the pair of sun glasses left behind , with an immediate promise to mail it to us . Maureen , YOU get the crown ! We found the house and property to be spotless ,clean and well stocked. All beds were comfy and the showers were great . Lots of amenities in every bathroom , and plenty of extra of towels and beach towels . No skimping here.. A spacious Chef’s kitchen with 2 islands and all the dishes , silverware and appliances you’d need. And to top it off: plenty of seasonings , oils and condiments to turn around a gourmet meal . Our highlight of the day was coming back from a vigorous training in Oars and Paddles ( which is just 5 minutes away ) , taking a quick shower ,and relaxing in the fully covered, beautiful swimming pool ! THIS IS A WOW PROPERTY ! WE ARE COMING BACK NEXT YEAR !

Perfect!

Maureen is the most accommodating hostess I've ever had and then pleasantest. She gave us early checkin and late checkout. One mattress was a little soft so we asked if she had a board to put under it. Her response was, medium or firm? A few hours later she put a brand new mattress on the bed. The pool was delightful, the spacious kitchen very well equipped. plenty of room to hang out inside and out. We hope to be able to stay there again next year when we return for dragon boat camp.

Christmas Vacation

This is an enjoyable place to spend a week near the beach, Brevard Zoo, space center and Orlando theme parks. The home was perfect for all our needs and the pool was enjoyed by all. The bathroom and laundry room off of the pool area was ideal. When not cooking in (you have all cooking necessities), there are numerous dining options in the area.

Great place, location and owners

Everything was well thought out. The place had all you needed to enjoy a short vacation. The beds were very comfortable, the neighborhood was very quite and stores, restaurants and beaches were minutes away. The pool was saltwater and very clean well maintained. The owners were very helpful and made sure any concerns we had were addressed upon arrival. Excellent experience.

Peaceful comfortable place

We were in the area taking care of a family emergency. It was lovely to have a peaceful place to come home to. The pool is beautiful. The decor is tasteful and comfortable. The location is close to the beach and lots of restaurants. The host is personable and helpful. Great place all around.

The proximity of the ocean is the charm of this home. It has amazing light, and adorned with happy energy. We have an outstanding chef's kitchen, and the open floor plan invites togetherness. The oversized pool is so refreshing, with salt water and heated by solar panels. We love dogs, so approved dogs are welcomed. The yard is completely fenced in with a playset for the kiddos, and a barbecue for the cooks. We love the neighborhood it is in an established mid century modern oasis. Walking distance to Gleason park which has trails & a small pond. Publix grocery store is right around the corner, also a great pet store, shops, banks and restaurants.
