The rue des écuyers is a pedestrian street, very quiet, one of the most beautiful and typical of Chartres.

Apartment with a lot of charm, exposed beams, cathedral ceiling in the heart of the historic district of Chartres very bright and very quiet street.

Not overlooked and view of the whole lower town, the rooftops of Chartres and the Cathedral.

Completely renovated very recently.

All shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

The studio includes a large bright living room, shower room with separate toilet and fitted kitchen.

Ideal accommodation for two people but sofa bed for two additional people if needed.

Bed linen and towels provided.

The apartment was on the top floor with an excellent view. The location in the old town was great. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. The only negative comment is that we did not realize it was on the 4th story (5th floor to Americans). The stairs are steep and do not have handles or good ventilation so this could be a problem for some. We managed even with temps in the low 90s F. (33C). We parked at a free parking lot about 15 min away recommended by the host. All in all, a great trip.

Très agréable séjour à Chartres. Très jolie ville, très agréable appartement pour en profiter pleinement. Hôtes très accueillant, l’écoute et de très bons conseils. Nous recommandons vivement Daniel et Laure-Marie
