Imagine a frontage view of the Gulf of America paradise, on a sandy beach, away from the crowds! No Hurricane damage! Our beach is nice and deep!
The views from the spacious open living, dining, kitchen floor plan are expectational!
Open the sliding doors to our wrap around balcony and enjoy what Florida beaches are all about!

Kitchen is well stocked everything you need to make dinner. We’ve included basic spices.

We renovated! Which includes new beddings, linens, kitchen, baths, new doors and windows.

Conveniently located on the first floor , getting to the beach is easy ,using the elevator or side entrance to the bottom floor takes you directly out to pool, hot tub and beach.

Walk the beach. Turn left for people watching , public beaches and Johns Pass(2 miles); turn right and walk in near-seclusion past private homes to the pier.
Waking distance from restaurants and bars.
The Tampa Bay Area has some of the best fishing, boating, national sports and cultural events. . Disney, SeaWorld, and Universal are less than two hours away.
Your stay will seem “not nearly long enough”!

Beautiful Place

This place was beautiful! It had a very of the beach and ocean that was spectacular! The pictures of the condo were exactly like it is! We had a wonderful time!

Sun & fun

My family and I had a wonderful time at Madeira Beach and our 2week stay at this condo was fabulous! Booking with the Kieffer sisters was excellent and their place was truly wonderful (accurately depicted in the pictures). We will definitely be back!

Special place to make memories!

We stayed for a month and loved the condo. It was clean and comfortable. Loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves. Kitchen very nice with stainless appliances and fully stocked. Location near restaurants and shopping.

Super Condo / Great Owners

Warm, homey, extremely clean, and very comfortable. The condo was perfect, providing everything we needed. It’s bright as it's a corner unit, very quiet, and the other residents are calm and kind. The two owners, two sisters, are committed to offering a high-quality place, and we felt that. A big thank you, we really enjoyed your wonderful place!

Perfect

This place was just perfect. The unit was equipped perfectly with everything we could have ever needed. The kitchen was very well stocked and all updated. Everything was high quality inside and out. The location was perfect for us, very low key. The beach was immaculate and just steps away from the deck and pool. We would definitely consider staying her again a d highly recommend it.

Beautiful views, especially the sunsets. VERY well stocked. Everything we needed was provided.

Very nice. Well stocked. Like home away from home. Had 1 issue and after notifying the hostess, problem was resolved within a few hours. Met 1 of the hostesses and her husband. They were kind and personable.

Great stay

We stayed for part of Jan and most of Feb at this wonderful condo. It was very well stocked when we got there (better than any others we have stayed at). The screened in balcony allowed us to leave the sliding doors open, so we could listen to the o ram without fear of bugs or birds! The view from this condo would be difficult to beat. Easy to get in when you arrive. The owners were very responsive to any questions you may have. You are in the heart of all the best restaurants and just a few miles from beautiful (free) county parks. We will be back next year!!

Gulf Paradise

As soon as you walk in and see the view from the wrap around windows you know you are home. One of the nicest and most well stocked condos we have ever stayed in. Included linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, and more than just a starter set of paper products. Even though we made a grocery store run before we arrived, we would have been OK for a couple days if we didn't. Plenty of towels and beach towels so you are not doing laundry every day. Condo was clean and well decorated. Furniture and beds were very comfortable, bathrooms clean and updated, kitchen was phenomenal and had everything you would ever need. The living room was great, and the view of the gulf did not disappoint. Beach access was easy, and the pool was clean and nice. Check in and out was simple and painless. The best part is the wrap around balcony and the view of the gulf and the beach. As soon as you are on the balcony you are at the beach, it is that close. We were there in mid-July and even with the heat and humidity the balcony was fine. If you sit in the corner, you get a great breeze. The location is great with several restaurants, a beach shop, drug store and grocery store all in walking distance. Hop in the car for 5 minutes and you have an unlimited number of entertainment options. Take a 30-minute ride and you can explore all that Tampa and St. Pete have to offer. Wonderful time!

The pictures online are absolutely accurate. Wonderfully decorated condo with everything we could need. We so loved being on the first floor, felt we were right on the beach all the time. Thank your for our first morning breakfast, such a nice welcome from the owners. Loved the cleanliness and the king bed was as comfortable as our own!

Great view

Loved being on the beach with direct view of beach and ocean. Also appreciated the natural light that flooded the condo since it is a corner unit with expansive sliding doors on 2 sides. Nicely updated

Great Break

Hi We just got back to our house after our time at your home in Madeira Beach. We had a great time. The weather cooperated the 2nd week and my wife spent most of it on the Beach. It was perfect, essentially just outside the door. We walked to the grocery store, maybe 3 minutes, to the beach bar, maybe 10 minutes and several of the restaurants that were also walk to. Really convenient and fun. The Condo was exactly as we had hoped and all the utilities and appliances worked great. We sat on the balcony for sunsets. Beautiful. The beach chairs and umbrella great to have as well. Thank you again.
