2つのベッドルームにはキングサイズベッド1台と専用テレビが備わります。 バスルームには広々としたウォークインシャワーが付いています。
テラスまたはプールでドリンクを飲みながらリラックスしてください。 塩水プールは、皮膚に非常に気持ち良く、いつでも加熱することができます。

Incredible Property - Incredible Stay

My wife and I came to Bonita Springs and Claudia's property for 8 days of “toes in the sand” and for a time to relax and unwind. We had an incredible experience from beginning to end with Claudia’s property and with her as the owner/manager. The property is more wonderful than even the pictures show, pristine clean, beautifully decorated, a beautiful property in and out, well-equipped and centrally located to get anywhere around the southwest gulf Coast beaches. We loved every aspect of our stay and intend to come back and do it again! Claudia is a wonderful host with a fantastic property!

Hurricane Milton and the Gracious Host

We were only able to stay for about 16 hours before the mandatory evacuation of Lee county due to hurricane Milton but the place was beautiful and as described. Claudia was very responsive. and helpful throughout the

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Das Haus liegt in einem reinen Wohngebiet etwas abseits der Hauptstraßen. Zustand und Ausstattung sind perfekt und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin funktioniert super. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und die Nachbarschaft angenehm. In der Umgebung befinden sich einige nette Restaurants und jede Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zum Barefoot Beach sind es gerade mal 5 Minuten und Lovers Key ist 15 Minuten entfernt. Was die Strände angeht muss man leider erwähnen, dass durch Hurricane Ian (2022) sehr viel zerstört wurde und die Küste noch immer von Ruinen gepflastert ist. Leider hat man es selbst am kostenpflichtigen Strand von Lovers Key nicht geschafft, die Infrastruktur wiederherzustellen. Tropensturm Debby im August hat ein übriges dazugetan. Aber dafür können die Vermieter nichts. Insgesamt empfehlen wir diese Lokation gerne ohne Einschränkungen weiter.

Fantastic Property and Host!

As some others have said, the pictures do not this property justice! This home is fantastic and the host is fantastic as well. I would highly reccomend this property to anyone who wants to stay in the Bonita area!

Great Property Beautiful Pool & Well Equipped

Wonderful property. Beautiful outdoor space! Some call outs. 1) Home owner be available for calls or offer up instructions on how to operate equipment. 2) Update internet. T.V. Very slow…a lot of buffering during movies. Took a while to browse movies or change apps, increase volume etc. Otherwise the home is well maintained. Has everything you possibly could need. Pool is beautiful. Thank you.

Amazing holiday rental

Beautiful property. Very well equipped. Excellent location for our needs - just off Bonita Beach Road. A property with a place for everything, and everything in its place. The hosts response was very prompt.

2023 vacation in Naples and Bonita Springs

We've been coming to the area from Switzerland since 2007 and really enjoyed staying here. This beautiful new and really well maintained house exceeded our expectations. Tastefully furnished with quality furniture, we enjoyed it. As we also like to cook, the kitchen and cookware provided were a pleasure. The pool area is wonderful for relaxing before and after going to the beach or shopping (Miromar Outlet or Coconut Point are 20 minutes away. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood 5 minutes from US 41 or Barefoot Beach, 15 minutes from Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park & Beach (more natural), 30 minutes from RSW airport or Naples). If possible and depending on agendas, we'll probably come back here in the future.

Summer vacation 2022

This was our second year renting this beautiful pool home. We absolutely love it and will come again!! Location is wonderful and the house comes with just about every amenity you could think of!! Not sure if the cleaning person has changed since last year but they may need to be a little more detailed. overall the house was clean!

Beach Vacay

The house and property are AWESOME! The place was clean, in a great neighborhood and had everything we needed. It is a beautiful home and the owners have paid a lot of attention to detail to make it a 5 star experience. The location is so central to so many areas, we just loved it! (Four great beaches within a 10 minute drive.) The availability of starter items was so helpful and made a late evening arrival so nice. Thanks for sharing your beach paradise!

Sunshine in Bonita

Beautiful place, well taken care of, great price. Overall a great stay, the weather was nothing but sun, but every beach was full. One of the nicer homes on the street. Tried getting a hold of the owner during our stay about the refrigerator not producing water or ice because the filter was expired and got no response. So we bought a bag of ice and bottled water. But otherwise a pleasant stay

Perfect Getaway!

This property was perfect for our vacation to Bonita Springs! The house had everything we needed and clearly has been well cared for. There was plenty to do while at the property: swimming in the pool, kayaking, biking, enjoying the deck with screened enclosure. There were plenty of restaurants and beautiful beaches nearby, and it was just a short drive to other activities we had planned in SW Florida. I highly recommend this property.

Very good house

Overall we had a very good experience. The pool never really got sun and the water was cold. Paper towels, coffee and fabric softener were very low. Needed more towels for sure. Cable was horrible. Even basic channels were missing.

Nice Little Place

The property is very nice with all its amenities. It was clean and looked just as it does in the photos. The owner stocked it with everything we needed. It's accessible to Ft. Myers Beach and Naples Beach. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The lanai could use a little care because it had a lot of debris hanging on the screens. Just a powerwash would fix that. Also, the garbage disposal wasn't working, which caused water to drain very slowly in the kitchen sink. As a matter of preference I would have liked curtains or blinds on the patio windows. Anyone could see right through. Otherwise it's just a great property and we'd rent it again.

Peaceful and serene

My girls and I needed a place to getaway to for some long needed rest, relaxation, and to de-stress...each of us for different reasons. This beautiful home gave us the gift of that and so much more. Loved our stay!

My husband and I stayed here for a 3 wk period that ended April 10, 2021. The house is located in a beautiful setting with a cage enclosed pool (no bugs!) and lovely yard including mature oak trees adorned with Spanish moss and palms. The beds are super comfy-no sore backs-kitchen is well appointed with most everything one would need for preparing food at home. The canal leading to the Imperial River dead ends at this location, so following tide schedule is critical for using provided kayaks. Entering kayak is for the nimble only as there is no useable ladder or secure way to get to water level. Disappointingly, I opted not to use one as I was worried about the risk. (I do kayak regularly at home at age 63.) I enjoyed using a bike (4 bikes available) regularly. We also enjoyed going to Lover's Key State Park (easier access to beach than crowded Bonita Beach-but our visit paralleled Spring break and post Covid vacationers) which is an easy 10 mins drive from the house. I highly recommend this home!

Lovely home for sure!

Need instructions in English how things operate, most people staying there will be Americans that probably only speak English. Also a lot of time spent working on the TV, needs to be looked into. Otherwise lovely comfortable accommodations!

Great Vacation Rental

This house with landscaped gardens and pool is a great "home away". The property is clean, comfortable and well maintained. Best of all, its an easy drive from Naples, Fort Myers, beaches and attractions. We were able to relax by the pool after a busy day at the beach, sightseeing and shopping. It is close to area grocery stores, restaurants and attractions. We enjoyed our stay at this home.
