Montana: Adventure and Comfort.

Situated in Red Lodge, Montana which Architectural Digest ranked their top mountain town of 2024, the house is a gracious modern home privately set back with a creek outside with a spacious central living space splashed with light from cathedral windows, and the warmth of a 20-foot tall fireplace. Fully equipped chef's kitchen with granite countertops, Viking appliances, and central work island/breakfast bar in an open concept kitchen welcoming guests with views of the mountains.

Master downstairs bedroom with outdoor seating area and full en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, window framed giant bath, and separate toilet with bidet.

Upstairs living area. Two bedrooms with full bathrooms, a fully functioning study for remote working, and a large fully equipped exercise room for some yoga or weights.

Montana is often referred to as the “The Last Best Place” and Red Lodge is for me the last best town with a strong community, wonderful people, good restaurants, and the bounty of nature and adventure all around.

The house is exceptionally well built and beautifully appointed to make staying here a true pleasure with local art all around and top-of-the-line appliances and amenities. And when you do venture out there is golf at your doorstep, skiing just 15 minutes up the mountain, hiking everywhere, and the magnificent Beartooth Highway, which Charles Kuralt called "America's most scenic drive", just minutes away.

Oh, and at the end of that highway you have the little known North East entrance to Yellowstone and the Lamar valley, often referred to as Americas Serengeti, where bison, wolves, coyotes, elk, and grizzlies abound.

This unique Out West Retreat in Montana is a perfect combination of modern conveniences in the beauty and wild of nature.

The host instructions are impecable and the house amenities are fabulous. The kitchen is a chef's dream, and the gym upstairs is just what you need for cardio, weights, or stretching. The main living area is cozy and the property is situated on a ggolf course. Perfect for cross country skiing, a little fat biking or just a nice walk. 20 mins to the top of Red Lodge Mtn. We had a fabulous week.

Beautiful home on the 5th tee box. Honestly one of the top vrbo's we have ever stayed at. End of the road with no neighbors on either side. And the views of the Beartooth Mountains are incredible. We were able to enjoy all the fall colors. Also pet friendly. Our dog enjoyed watching the wildlife everyday.

This is a fabulous vacation home in the perfect location! It is a very short drive to the town of Red Lodge and is located on the golf course tucked back in for privacy. It also and has a beautiful creek just next to it and we loved having the window open as we slept so you could fall asleep to the creek flowing. It is a very quiet, serene getaway. We would absolutely rent again! The owner was extremely accommodating, and his response time was immediate! We had a lovely stay, and the home had everything we needed and more! Highly recommend!

The perfect way to experience Montana

Everything about this lovely home in Red Lodge was picture perfect. I honestly think the house and its location could not be improved upon. It was spacious and had everything that we needed for our stay and then some. Communication with Daniel was top-notch and he went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. There are many places we would go back to again, but this was a place that I would see myself moving to. Thank you!

Stop Scrolling

Stop scrolling and book this house if it is available. A short drive to Red Lodge maybe 5 minutes. Neighborhood is quiet, house is even better than the pictures. I stay in quite a few vacation rentals a year and this one exceeded all our expectations. Daniel was an excellent host and prompt to respond. 5 stars plus

Wonderful Retreat

The house is beautiful and well appointed. A small herd of deer came to visit every morning. Really appreciated the home gym since the weather was not spectacular. Also appreciated the coffee thank you Daniel. I had a lovely time.

A rare gem in Red Lodge!

This home is exceptionally beautiful. Tastefully decorated, furnished, and appointed throughout. The large great room, dining room and kitchen were lovely. Beautiful furnishings. Lots and lots of sophisticated western-themed artwork throughout. Great quiet location with easy access to town. Beds and linens were super comfortable. A winner in every way! No way does this home feel like a rental.

Winter Wonderland

We had a great time at Daniel’s beautiful home. The home is about a 10 minute drive to the mountain, 5 minutes from downtown, 1 hour from Cody, Wyoming and close to great hiking trails. My family and I stayed during Christmas and New Year’s. Daniel’s home was exactly what we wanted. It was spacious, had a great kitchen, great bedrooms and bathrooms and a fantastic gym. The house is located in a nice community, quiet, friendly people, and walking trails. There were so many deer to watch and pretty birds to see. We enjoyed the town, ski lifts, surrounding areas, and made unforgettable memories. Daniel was so kind, responsive, and a great host. We hope to be back again soon! Thank you Daniel for opening up your beautiful home.

5 stars is too low

The property is exactly as described and was the cleanest and most well-stocked house we have enjoyed. Daniel communicated consistently and clearly making our arrival seamless and our stay easy. The kitchen has everything you need for your stay, including plenty of cleaning supplies, cooking gear, spices, plates, silverware, wine tools, etc. It was clear we were staying in someone's home who trusted their guests rather than a rental. The entire house was clean and orderly when we arrived, even the refrigerator. My spouse is a clean-freak and the first order of business at every rental is to clean the stains, gunk and leftovers out of the fridge, but not here. it was the first refrigerator to ever pass the test! All of the a/v was very easy to use and Daniel has detailed instructions with pictures in the welcome book. Location is outstanding. It is only a couple of minutes from everything Red Lodge has to offer. The way the house is nestled on the golf course, it feels private and remote while also being close to the amenities. The neighbors were lovely. If we could give Daniel and his home 6 stars, we would.

Gorgeous home. Great location.

I stayed with my two nephews for 8 days. We all loved this house and property! We saw wildlife in the front and back yards! The beartooth highway is a scenic drive. Downtown is nearby for shopping and restaurants. The host always responded promptly. I would love to come back to stay here again So much to see!

Family Christmas Vacation

Our entire family enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! We spent the day at Red Lodge Mountain and our afternoons walking through the beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was fully stocked and the grill was a nice addition to making meals for our family. The home was clean and the beds were comfy. I highly recommend Daniel’s home if you are looking for an amazing retreat in Montana!

Red Lodge Gem!

Perfect launch pad for all things Red Lodge! Lovely home with fun and eclectic music choices, wild life amazing and soothing sound of stream right next to your home. No need for a sound machine at night! Kitchen fully equipped for anything you need, comfortable beds too. Perfect for three couples with each having bathroom. Daniel was super responsible and welcoming. I hope to come back and stay here another time!

The Perfect Spot

Words cannot accurately describe this spectacular property. Situated on the golf course, but in the privacy of a cul-de-sac with a wooded stream on one side with mountain views in the distance. The house is spectacular and outfitted with every imaginable kitchen need, comfortable beds with luxurious linens, wonderful art, nice outdoor seating. We were in town for our son's wedding, made special by watching him tee off in front of us on the 5th tee! The house was a great place for family gatherings, well suited for all ages. It felt like a home, not a rental. I'm already scheming a trip back to Montana so I can spend a few nights at Daniel's perfect home.

Our Favorite Yet!!

I will start off by saying Daniel was one of, if not the easiest, nicest, accommodating home owners we have rented from. Everything was just as pictured only jaw dropping beautiful in person. The house was stocked and ready to go with plenty of extras. Beds were unbelievably comfortable. Downtown was just minutes away and ski lodge was 15-20 minutes away. Located in a beautiful neighborhood that was very peaceful. Wildlife right out the window several times a day!! The directions to find the home were easy to follow and again Daniel was there at the click of a few buttons with answers to any questions we had. 1000% would recommend and stay again if given the chance.
