Residence: Located at 1800 meters above sea level, Le Balcon des Airelles is a beautiful wooden and stone residence offering a magnificent panorama of the valley, the larch forest and the surrounding mountains.In the heart of the geographical centre of the resort Les Orres 1800, it is ideally located opposite the tourist office, the offices of the ESF and the ESI and only a few steps from the departures of the trails and hiking trails. The daycare stop will also be only a few hundred meters away to drop off your pious.You will find modern and pleasant living accommodations ranging from 4 to 10 sleeping accommodations all with a balcony overlooking the valley or the slopes and peaks.The Balcon des Airelles has a beautiful heated indoor swimming pool that will accommodate small and large non-skiers. It is open summer as winter from 2pm to 7pm, in season only, with a weekly closing day (Thursday off school holidays, Saturday on school holidays).Opening from 4 July until 30 August for the summer of 2026 and 5 December 2026 (subject to the opening of the station) and until 3 April 2027 (forecast dates, except exceptional closures).The residence also has several underground parking spaces available for rent as needed.



Accommodation: This magnificent 4-room duplex apartment of 73 m², completely renovated and redecorated, is located slightly set back from the main square of Les Orres 1800, facing the valley bordering the resort, facing west, and will therefore offer you a stay in complete tranquility. It is accessible from the main entrance of its building, using elevator 1. It consists of an entrance with storage, a warm living room with corner sofa, armchair, television and electric fireplace, a dining room - fully equipped kitchen, three separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, one with a bathtub, as well as two balconies with garden furniture offering a breathtaking and unobstructed view of the Mazelière valley and the larch forests bordering the resort. You will find the apartment fully equipped with: all kitchen utensils, kettle, microwave, toaster, filter coffee maker and Nespresso coffee maker, oven, vacuum cleaner, electric fireplace and washing machine, so you can travel light. For your sleeping arrangements, the apartment has a 140 x 190 cm double bed in the first bedroom, a 160 x 200 cm double bed in the second, as well as two 80 x 200 cm single beds (which can be pushed together) and two 90 x 190 cm bunk beds in the third, for a total capacity of 8 people. You will be located less than 200 meters from the activities and shops of the Orres 1800 resort (restaurants, mini-market, sports equipment rentals and departure of the slopes, etc.) and a few hundred meters from the departures of the hiking trails. For a smooth arrival, don't hesitate to reserve a parking space in the residence's underground car park (additional charge).
