This lovely second floor end unit is spacious and not to be missed! It has vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural light throughout the day. The unit has 2 bedrooms, plus a bonus den and two full bathrooms. It is meticulously cared for and newly updated. The den offers a cozy place to relax with a new queen sleeper sofa, as well as a desk to get work done. Guests will have plenty of storage space in the one car garage and an additional assigned parking spot. The Sherwood community is a hidden jewel in East Naples, with easy access to all the area has to offer and only 6 miles to downtown and beaches. Community has a clubhouse, 2 swimming pools (one only steps away), excercise room, tennis, and pickle ball courts. The Western facing view of the lake and fountain offers amazing sunset views from the large screened lanai. 30 day minimum. Make this your seasonal rental today!!
