Secure access to the pool - French standard fence.
Enclosed garden.
Weber gas barbecue.
Recently renovated, comfortable and pleasant, it comprises :
1 living/dining room with TV and international TV channels (140 cm or 55¨ flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to terrace.
1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160 by 200 cm long), smart TV, air conditioning.
1 bedroom with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 by 190 cm), 1 trundle bed (2 x 80 cm, 190 cm long), air conditioning.
Bed linen and towels are not provided. Rental possible.
Garage on the property for storing cars, bikes and other beach accessories.
