Enjoy the private pool and spa with mountain views in this quiet NW Tucson neighborhood. Master suite has a recently remodeled full bath with balcony and stargazing deck, adjacent to two other upstairs bedrooms. Guest bathroom number two is upstairs as well, and is also recently remodeled to match master bath. The third (half) bath is downstairs for convenience.
Enjoy the gas fire pit with a glass of wine with mountain views to the east (Santa Catalina Mountains) and to the west (Tucson Mountains) as well.
Recently started allowing a small dog (under 30 lbs) with extra fee.. New carpet installed in all bedrooms and two new leather sofas Aug 2021. I also have two bicycles that guests can use.

Hello fellow travelers! I'm moved to Tucson (from Denver) a few years ago. I love the sunsets, mountain views, and sunshine of Tucson. I work in the Geomatics field making maps around the globe and love meeting fellow travelers.

Property is quiet, relaxing, and peaceful. The mountain views are wonderful and soothing. The pool and spa take it to the next level. Take a dip on a hot day, or soak in the spa on a chilling night and settle in around the gas fire pit.
I have bicycles you can use to explore The Loop which is about a mile away.
I also have installed motorized, remote controlled blinds inside and out (on patio) for convenience to easily escape the sun when needed.
