You will have the entire house to yourself. You have access to the main level of the house which is approximately 1500 square feet. The downstairs is blocked off and not accessible for guests.

This home consists of 3 beds and 2 full baths. The Master bedroom has a brand new king-size bed with a tile walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms consist of brand new queen size beds. The main bathroom is a tub shower combo. Also on the main floor is two dining room areas that accommodate 10 guests. A fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, and also workplace area. Step off of the main floor to a very large open deck overlooking a wooden view.

Back yard: Kick back and relax under the sun or at night under the lights as you enjoy the peaceful views in the back yard. Several tables and chairs are provided.

2 car garage and 3 car driveway. Please do not park in the street.

Must be at least 21 years old to book. The person booking the property is required to stay at the property for the entire length of the stay.

For your security, the premises are equipped with exterior security cameras at each corner of the main house.

This is a residential area: Quiet hours: 10pm-8am.

We provide a starter kit of supplies. Please plan accordingly to bring additional items needed.

Please bring your own wood/supplies if you would like to enjoy the firepit and charcoal grill.

If house rules and checkout instructions are not followed, then guests will be charged additional fees at checkout.

We are located near Cookeville City Lake
This lake and natural area, located off Bridgeway Drive, is a favorite spot among fishermen seeking catfish, bass and bream. Kayakers glide across the 35-acre lake as well. A short trail takes walkers past a historic structure toward the invigorating sight of cascading waters.
