New and functional house 5 minutes from Saint-Lary-Soulan with an exceptional panorama, ideal for lovers of the mountains, winter sports and hiking!
With a surface area of 120m2, on one level, it can accommodate up to 10 people. It is located on a flat and enclosed garden of 700m2 and without vis-à-vis. The place is very quiet and relaxing, 5mm from St Lary and the slopes (eggs and aerial cableway), with a totally unobstructed view of the mountains: exceptional view of the Arbizon.
THE HOUSE:
The house consists of a large living room, with 2 bay windows each opening onto a terrace. A TV and WiFi are available as well as a sofa bed and a large convivial table that can hold 12 people. The entire house is equipped with underfloor heating making it particularly comfortable in winter.
The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave oven, induction hob with extractor, dishwasher, refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, toaster, raclette set and kettle. Another fridge with freezer is in the cellar as well as a high chair.
There are three bedrooms of 10m2 with new and comfortable bedding:
- a bedroom with a double bed of 160x200 with its private bathroom
- a children's bedroom of 4 beds with bunk beds and a double bed
- a third bedroom with double bed of 140x190
The second bathroom, The spacious house has a double sink and a large shower, a heated towel rail and a hairdryer.
There are 2 separate toilets.
Terrace equipment:
Stored under the shelter in front of the entrance to the house you will find two outdoor tables, two benches, a barbecue, a parasol and two sunbeds.
You have a private parking lot with 3 spaces as well as additional spaces outside if necessary. It is forbidden to park on the lawns.
You will also find a ski locker outside as well as a large entrance dedicated to the deposit of outerwear and shoes. You will also find the washing machine.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION:
Arrival is autonomous thanks to a key box, from 4 p.m. with a departure at 11 a.m. Access is very easy.
The house must be returned clean and tidy, the dishes done and put away, and the garbage evacuated.
A cleaning option of €80 at your expense is also available.
Bedding kits are also available: €10 for a single bed and €12 for a double bed.
A short video of 1 to 2 mm will be requested on arrival and departure from the accommodation as an inventory of fixtures (to be sent by WhatsApp)
Important: Rentals are for a minimum of 5 nights during the school holidays at Christmas, in February and summer.
