Apartment 1.5 km from the village center. It has the charm of our Savoyard chalets. It is located at Crêt du Merle, 200 meters from the ski slopes. Easy access to the village by car or shuttle, there is a stop 400 meters from the chalet. Quiet with good exposure and a very beautiful view.

LIVING ROOM of 16 m²: a sofa bed 2 pers (140), television, windows and French door leading to a 20 m² balcony. Terrace table and chairs in summer.

KITCHEN of 6 m² equipped: sink, 4-burner stove + oven, microwave, extractor hood, refrigerator with 200L freezer compartment, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, raclette and fondue appliances, elements with all necessary kitchen items,

BATHROOM of 3 m²: sink, towel dryer, shower, separate toilet,

BEDROOM 1 of 15 m²: 2 SINGLE BEDS (90), wardrobe, window,

BEDROOM 2 of 9 m²: 2 SINGLE BEDS (80), wardrobe, window,

LAUNDRY ROOM (common area on the ground floor of the chalet): washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

EQUIPMENT: ski lockers. In summer: swings, ping-pong table, darts, shared petanque

Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.



Services not included:

- Pet allowed (limited to one), supplement of 25 € for stays up to 10 nights, then 25 € per additional 10-night period (capped at 100 €) to be paid on site.

- Arrival outside of opening hours

- Credit card deposit upon key handover (500€)

To order 10 days before your arrival:

- Linen rental: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, kitchen towels... to be collected at the agency or at the dry cleaner. Order form attached to the contract, to be returned completed 10 days before arrival.

- Baby equipment: to be ordered and collected at Pressing des Aravis

- End-of-stay cleaning, flat rate depending on the accommodation surface (50€ to 150€), to be ordered 3 days before departure,
