Time away

I have to stay this was beyond my expectations. We enjoyed the house, well sticked kitchen, bikes, fishing rod. Ducks / Geese visted us daily. I loved all the open space. We came to the area for the AYFL football championship games. We will definitely book again next year.

Great House

I had a great time staying here while visiting my daughter. Owner was so accommodating and replied quickly to any of my questions. The house was very clean and smelled amazing throughout. The only thing I was surprised about was the pictures show a screen around the pool area, but there wasn't one. The outside was still really gorgeous but the screen would've just kept the debris and ducks out of the pool. Overall an amazing place to stay and I would recommend it.

Perfect stay!

Host easy to contact and responds quickly. House was great! Ducks visited the pool daily and kitchen had all the essentials needed to cook meals. Long dining table made it easy for us to sit and work remotely. Will definitely stay again at our next visit.

Beautiful home.

Everything about this home was perfect for our needs. Beautiful decor and open plan Had everything we needed Pool, and pool deck great for small entertaining. The neighborhood was close to all the fun and beaches but quiet. Owners were kind and responsive. Definitely going back next year.

Schön renovierter älterer Bungalow nahe dem Yachtclub

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist super, die umliegenden Häuser haben wohl ähnliche Baujahre. Das Grundstück ist gepflegt, der Moskitoscreen dicht. Die Möblierung scheint ganz neu zu sein und entsprach unserem Geschmack, ebenso die lichtgrauen Wände. Hübsches Bettzeug, genügend Handtücher. Gut gefallen hat uns die geschützte Sitzecke am Pool mit Barbecue. Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr usw. ist ausreichend. Der schöne Pool erschien uns größer als viele in anderen Häusern, die wir gemietet hatten. Das Haus ist etwas kleiner (nur 2 Schlafzimmer) als viele ähnliche in Cape Coral. Es gibt nur eine relativ enge Einzel-Garage - eben aus der Bauzeit, die wohl schon lange zurück liegt. Die beiden Bäder sind klein - aber völlig ausreichend. Der Vermieter stand telefonisch bereit zur Erklärung, wenn wir mit etwas nicht sofort klar kamen (Fernbedienung der Fernsehen und Poolheizung). Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
